“I've tried Pho a handful of times and always thought it was ok. It wasn't until my wife and I decided to go to Pho Bistro for a Tuesday lunch date and it completely changed my mind. We ordered the #14 Pho Tai Nam and it was absolutely delicious! The Pho came out hot and with the freshest of Ingredients. We also ordered the #54 Com Bo Luc Lac. It was a stir fried steak and onions served with steamed rice. It was fantastic! Our waitress was great. She was very polite and attentive. She recommended the #54 and we ran with it. Her recommendation did not disappoint!I highly recommend Pho Bistro. If you're in Slidell or passing through the area it is most certainly a top contender and a must try. Stop in and have a seat, you won't be disappointed.“

“Really really good fried rice and I pride my self as a fried rice expert since my parents owned a restaurant for 25 years. The vietnamese spring rolls are okay. Not a fan of cucumbers in a big chunk inside with thick peanut sauce.. Not a lot of sauce either. The spicy beef soup was okay.. the beef is a little dry since the meat wasn't fatty. Atmosphere is a little weird when I went. It was empty at first but without music, it's like sitting there in silence but the restaurant started filling up later. The menu is HUGE so it's a little overwhelming and the waitress has an English barrier so do not try to make any special requests. It might be messed up. BUT that fried y'all. I'm going for that.“
“This restaurant is awesome! It was our first time ever going here and they did not disappoint. We didn't really know what to oder and our server was patient and awesome with explaining the menu to us and giving us best opinions on what we would like as first timers. And what we got and what we expected was totally awesome. Saying the food is amazing is an understatement. The family does really well with their customers and making special dishes for all picky eaters, especially those who are watching their calories or macros! Needless to say Ah-F@#%ing-Mazing! We will become regulars!“
