My father is ill and can only have clear liquids and they were kind enough to let me buy plain pho broth even though it wasn’t on the menu. Doesn't take too long for the order to be ready. Limited parking spots but there isn't usually a big line or anything so it should be fine. “Food was genuinely good and we enjoyed the meal, but the experience took a disappointing turn at the end.

When it came time to pay, we left an 18% tip, which is a standard and fair amount. However, the waitress confronted us and said the minimum tip should be 20%, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Tipping should always be optional and based on the customer’s experience—not something to be enforced or demanded.

It’s unfortunate because the food was enjoyable, but this interaction left a negative impression and overshadowed the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel pressured or insulted when paying their bill.“

“With so many great restaurants along Frenchman St, it's perfect to have a Deli to located right in the heart of it. They stay open late and have wonderful sandwiches in the back which you order at the register. I had the shrimp po-boy and it was perfect. A great selection of other convenience store needs as well as a great selection of beer.“
