“This is the best pho in louisiana. Broth is perfect flavor, look at that color! They also give a lot of meat. Rice dishes are also good, I like the porkchop. Also the hidden gems are the salt and pepper calamari, salt and pepper chicken wings, and salt and pepper shrimp. The flavor for these dishes are called rang muoi in vietnamese. “My daughter actually told me about this place as it's her favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the metro area. Knowing that my mother enjoys Vietnamese food, I decided to take her here for her birthday and I have to agree with my daughter. It is one of the top Vietnamese restaurants in the city with great service, quality ingredients, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!“

Doesn't take too long for the order to be ready. Limited parking spots but there isn't usually a big line or anything so it should be fine. Cute little gem when you're craving some banh mi and don't want to deal with crowds“

When it came time to pay, we left an 18% tip, which is a standard and fair amount. However, the waitress confronted us and said the minimum tip should be 20%, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Tipping should always be optional and based on the customer’s experience—not something to be enforced or demanded.

It’s unfortunate because the food was enjoyable, but this interaction left a negative impression and overshadowed the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel pressured or insulted when paying their bill.“

“With so many great restaurants along Frenchman St, it's perfect to have a Deli to located right in the heart of it. They stay open late and have wonderful sandwiches in the back which you order at the register. I had the shrimp po-boy and it was perfect. A great selection of other convenience store needs as well as a great selection of beer.“
