Food is fresh and delicious! Nice find before going to the theatre. Will come back.
We were just trying to find somewhere to sit for a few minutes and have a small snack and WOW. I'm fairly new to Boba Tea and this is the very best i've had so far. the food was also delightful and the staff was hospitable. We're making this a definite stop every time we come to town.

Located on the ground floor of the New Orleans BioInnovation Center, Mr. Bubbles Cafe CANAL ST is an unassuming banh mi and bubble tea shop known for fresh ingredients and well-crafted sandwiches. The garlic aioli pairs nicely with the BBQ pork and pickled vegetables, and everything tastes fresh and well balanced. The baguette can be slightly dry but holds up well. The space is simple and clean, with a nice glass wall art installation that adds character. The traditional banh mi with sweet roasted pork is divine, with soft crispy bread and pate. The roasted pork banh mi is excellent, with fresh ingredients and perfect bread. The mango lemonade and brown sugar milk tea are tasty but very sweet. Service is friendly and quick. The inside is arranged and decorated a bit sloppy, but overall it is a solid spot for a quick lunch. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available. Highly recommended.
