Nudo is a popular Vietnamese spot in Metairie. The food is fantastic, with a friendly atmosphere. The pho broth is full bodied and rich, tasting clean and balanced without being overly salty. The Bun Bo Hue is excellent, outstanding, flavorful, and actually spicy. The fried rice is different and great, especially with Vietnamese sausage added. It is a small place, better for small parties of 4 and less. It can be cramped and warm, but an eclectic group of people wander in and out, and kids can come. The staff is friendly, and the food is absolutely delectable, decent, and authentic.
