One thing about Metairie is that we are blessed with multiple hidden gems for pho. Mardi Gras day, they were all closed which forced this pho craving family to find a new spot. Nudo was open and I swear it was a blessing in disguise! The spicy beef broth!! Omg it was so flavor packed and amazing! Unfortunately that was the only thing we tried. But we will be back!! The service was amazing and friendly. Strawberry smoothies was amazing as well! Nothing bad to say!
OMG!!!! That is all I can say. The fried bao are amazing!! The meat taste soooo fresh and the service is excellent!!! And if you're vegan like myself they've got some great options as well.

Best Pho in Metairie. Quick service and shrimp Pho was excellent. Grilled pork spring rolls were delicious. Only disappointing thing was they ran out of basil for the soup which is my favorite addition.
