The FLAVOR of this food is unmatched!!! My hubby and I eat Vietnamese cuisine very often but have not experienced it like the way Nudo does it. I picked it up for take out this time but we WILL return very soon!

Nudo is sooo good y’all. This hole in the wall restaurant located by Shyam’s is amazing. The place was super packed on a weekend night, and the waitress catered to our needs. I got the nudo fusion wings it was covered in this sweet spicy sauce, it was to die for. I also got the bun bo hue it tasted like comfort food. The lemon grass pork rice plate was bombbb with the paired sauce with it.
Best pho I’ve ever had, and my partner loved his banh mi.

The girl with the long blonde hair was rude she didn't smile or anything and when my grandmother asked for a refill she didn't fill it all The way just half way , we paid almost 90$ for this rude and bad customer service. Over all the pho was good and the items that my husband and kids ordered but the way they act isn't good

Best Pho in Metairie. Quick service and shrimp Pho was excellent. Grilled pork spring rolls were delicious. Only disappointing thing was they ran out of basil for the soup which is my favorite addition.

One thing about Metairie is that we are blessed with multiple hidden gems for pho. Mardi Gras day, they were all closed which forced this pho craving family to find a new spot. Nudo was open and I swear it was a blessing in disguise! The spicy beef broth!! Omg it was so flavor packed and amazing! Unfortunately that was the only thing we tried. But we will be back!! The service was amazing and friendly. Strawberry smoothies was amazing as well! Nothing bad to say!
