“Customer service from the guys who run the closing shift is phenomenal. I've come in twice now and they both were patient ( 2 young daughters ) and went way out of their way to make sure the 3 of us were happy. Management pay attention these are the types of team members you want to take care of to keep them around.

Food was as good as it can be being subway all the toppings were in stock and fresh. Only thing I didn't like was the infrastructure of the building and that's not on them.“

“Every Firehouse I go to is always so clean and the food is utterly amazing. I love the hot sauce bar. They actually manage to keep it clean somehow. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The service is friendly, engaging and accommodating. The ice went out in the soda machine today. All we did was mention it and here comes a dude out the back with two huge buckets ready to go! “My husband and I went to this location yesterday evening. I asked the nice cashier if I’d be able to add oil and vinegar to the sandwich like subway does. She politely said of course. My husband made a joke saying “if you think the amount will kill her, it’s not enough.” The sandwich artist drenched the sandwich in oil and vinegar to the point it was all dripping wet. “So my wife and I had a pleasant lunch experience here by myself had the Reuben, and it was exceptional. The meat was succulent. It was spread out through the sandwich very nicely as was the dressing or sauce if you will and the sauerkraut was fresh and crisp the bread was lightly toasted, which was very nice Pickle was crisp crunched didn’t smoosh which was rather nice. All in all it was great. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It wasn’t overly loud. It wasn’t cramped service at the counter was very good for us as well as other folks because the line kept moving at a pleasant right so I would say today was an overall success“
