“Today I picked up an order for our local firehouse and had one of the best experiences in friendly special customer service from this manager and her workers. There was a very minor delay with order but is insignificant because I had time but most importantly she went the extra to make sure my expectations were exceeded. Sure, some of their staff can be a little grumpy or seem detached from the service they are providing, but many of them are good at what they do and have positive people skills. Back to the deals; the code FLBOGO creates a value worth visiting and revisiting. There are several other deals, too, that are readily available for use and can be found with a simple Google search. “So I went to Subway this evening for dinner and I must say, I loved the lady working there. She was very kind and friendly. I was kind of concerned for her wondering if she ever gets any help because she has to make sandwiches and ring customers out but her humbling response was, it’s not that bad, she’s worked at busier locations. Also, the sandwiches she fixed were delicious. She definitely should be recognized for her Wonderful Customer Service! You’re amazing girly!“
“I really like Firehouse Subs and this is a great addition to Saraland. I went on the 3rd day of opening and they have a few kinks to work out, but that is expected. However, the food was excellent and the employees were super nice. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast.“
