“Please read this comment if you like subway, I came here because I forgot my lunch and was expecting to get a regular sandwich but the combo apparently cost an additional $6 to my meal, a grand total of $20 was spent and 7 cents was my change. A receipt was was not available at the time the owner said. I asked him what cost so much for a $12 sandwich and he said chips and drink are separate and cost extra with tax. I don't know what's wrong with these people but if they can't give a receipt and they can't charge like the rest of the subways I will not be attending this restaurant ever again and we'll tell everyone where I work not to go here.“

Not only did she wrap the pita up seperately to keep it fresh, she put the olive oil and spice in a little container seperately to keep everything as fresh as possible. “Then only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it seems every other time I go there there is bits of cloth in the bread. I noticed it once and they offered me another sandwich instead if a refund but I just couldn’t eat it after that. They were polite and explained that the white “hair” all inside the bread and in my tray and chicken were from a white cloth they use to wipe their knife before cutting the bread.I’m sure it’s an honest mistake but whoever they have back there cutting it needs to start rinsing that knife more. Because this has happened multiple times now but I just haven’t said anything to them because I don’t want to be a “Karen” and look like I’m trying to get a free meal. And it’s not just one small piece it’s literally multiple white cloth/string pieces all in the bread and the chicken. That can’t be safe to eat. I don’t really want a side of dish towel with my lovely sandwhich. So please can a manager there just kind of remind the workers to clean the knife ?“

“I got the pick 2, half sandwich and pecan berry chicken salad. It wasn't bad but I've had better. It was dry. The bread wasn't even toasted. It was just right out of the bag.My husband had the Ruben and potato salad. His bread wasn't toasted either. He said that it was kind of tasteless.We've eaten at other locations before and it was really good and fresh. It must've been an off day at the location.“
“First time ordering from this Firehouse Subs. I ordered the med. Steak and Cheese sub and my husband got a footlong Meatball sub with Pepper Jack cheese. Both were delicious. The only other Firehouse Subs we've ordered from was in Saraland when we were staying with relatives. It was good as well. We will order again from the one close to home on Grelot Rd.“

“The worker, Jehki, who took my order was VERY polite, friendly, and customer service oriented. I just wanted the unwich but she asked me did I want to add a drink, chips, or cookie to my order which I declined. She also asked me was I a rewards member and explained to me the benefits of becoming a rewards member. I had a short wait time while my order was fixed and I like the fact that everyone had on masks and gloves adhering to safety precautions.“
“I love this Subway more than any other Subway in Mobile, and it's mainly because of the employee Jamie Baker! She is the most sweetest girl I ever met. Every time I go in, she always has a friendly greeting and is ready to serve me. The subs she makes is awesome! Only if Subway had more employees like her. Just hope she is there for my next visit!“
“Visited in the morning at 1115am and the energy in the store was upbeat, positive and welcoming. There was one person in line and I was served immediately. I ordered 2 Kahuna Phillies and a Club Supreme sans mayo. The Supreme Club was recommended and I was told it was a delicious sub. I enjoyed every bite of my Kahuna Philly Large, the bread was soft, airy and so so fresh, juicy all whilst not being soggy even after the 10 minute commute to it's final destination . I accompanied all subs with chips (Ms. Vicky's Jalapeño Chips, spicy if you're a little ****, Salt and Vinegar and a Sun Chip) because texture is necessary, right!I was quite impressed with the sub a matter of fact. The flavors all worked so well together, it was not salty either as most Philly Cheesteaks get, the melt in the cheese and cook on the meat was very well executed. Props to the cooks, wonderful job gents. The flavors in the Philly were spicy, meaty, cheesy and earthy from the fresh wheat bread, the tangyness from the pickled jalapeños cut the richness from the cheese and meat, the sweetness from the red bell peppers and sautéed onions complemented the spicy very well. It's a well thought out sandwich and the portion of the meat and just the whole sub was gratifying at the price point. I was initially awed by the price and after eating the sub, I was left feeling I got value! This sub puts Fire-House and Subway to shame in my book! The bread is quite impressive! I will definitely be returning in a week to have another sub after a high intensity workout.“

“I have to drive 15 miles away from my house because all the stores near my home are Arabic owned and they put as little as humanly possible on your sandwich. I am not a rude person but it is insane how they treat you at Rangeline/Laurendine Rd. If you even ask for extra olives they act like giving you 10 olive slices are too many. I enjoy my olives, lettuce and pickles on my $18.00 footlong! Why is it an issue for independent stores to treat your customers good or even allow us to use coupons you mail us every few weeks. It is like you are printing them for nothing because these local Subway locations refuse to let us use them!“
“Shout-out to Sheila, the sweet lady working by herself on a Saturday night. Not only were our sandwiches really good but she managed to serve us and also a party of 6 that came in behind us and a couple more too very quickly and literally right before closing time. She is an asset and should be treated as such.“
