A refresh of customer service skills could go a long way toward creating a better experience for customers. I placed an order for 2 Peanut Butter Mountain sundaes but received 2 Snappy Turtles. I informed the young employee that the order was wrong and she seemed annoyed/inconvenienced that she had to remake it.
My favorite place for ice cream. I normally get the Snappy Turtle. So, so good!!!
Paid over 6.00 for a melted banana milkshake 3/4 of the way full and didn't even get whip cream. It was literally the consistency of milk and two pieces of banana.
If you love ice cream..you would definitely love Bop's frozen custard..
Yummy custard, a hidden gem in the neighborhood outside of the busy area of MS, cute decorated and lovely staff, and another great surprise that day was the server giving me discount for my order’s without telling me that. Definitely recommend that place

My first time there and it was amazing and delicious.
This was our 2nd time here, and we enjoyed it again. The wife had the brownie sunday and I had the lemon cheesecake concrete with vanilla water pieces.
