While the food may have been good, the service was NOT!! Our server Justin had one of the WORST attitudes I’ve come across in my life. I cannot enjoy a meal when I can hear my server talking extremely rudely to the hosts. If you cannot be kind to your coworkers or customers, then serving is not for you!!

Arrived to an unwelcoming greeting. When I requested a small table by the bar. I was placed at a dirty table, and the host quickly walked away. Throughout the visit I was made to feel like hurry up, eat, and get out. What ever the reason, the area, assumptions, the experience left a bad impression about BWW. And the onion rings were burnt.

Just signed in for rewards was supposed to get free hamburger of my choice. I picked the triple bacon cheese and when it was brought out 10 min after the rest of the tables food when the server came and asked how everything was and I told her i never received my burger, it was only a double. Tha server was not engaged and seemed very lost. Took 15 min to get a glass of tea at the beginning.

Waited 50 mins for a buffalo chicken wrap. I was playing on my phone so the wait did not seem that long. The wait staff took care of me.
This place is normally very good. The server we had was not very good. He brought the wrong drinks 2 times, no napkins, plates or silverware. French fries were ice cold.

Second time I ordered through DoorDash and they didn’t sauce the wings but had a previous time before these and I called and they tried to hang up on me and didn’t know they didn’t and were literally making rude comments and making fun of it in the back ground saying “I don’t know maybe don’t order on DoorDash” and refused to give my dasher the sauces and now I will be calling corporate in the morning. Make sure you’re not treating someone who has connections to the owner of 3 other BWW chains like crap. The two boys laughing and the girl talking crap is all recorded on video as well from my boyfriends phone
