Today I spoke with Rachel a manager who verified door dash left my bag of food there she has possession of the bag and will not honor for me to come back and pick it up another day. And they blaming door dash for this order mix up and they have it stamped all the items are in this one bag and it’s not. So it’s chic fila fault the post all items list on 1 bag didn’t advise there where 2 bags. in this upon this dispute another manage Greg got on the line rudely saying take it up with DoorDash not their problem. And accused me of being loud I told him he was being untruthful he was continuing to be rude so I did raise my voice at that time. And he said they never combine two small bag of 1 order in one bag. I have a disable son I feed daily there. I spent 69.33$ on this order and was treated very unfair and I feel it was because I am black woman both of these associates treated less than and displayed awful customer service. Be cause they tagged and sealed a bag naming all items and all my entrees are missing.

Excellent lunch at Chick-fil-A today, as usual! Great chicken sandwich, fries and a side salad. At inside today (no drive thru), but the order line moved fast and the order was delivered quickly.
