Stopped by for a couple of chicken biscuits. I was a little disappointed. The biscuits were nice and soft but pretty dry. The chicken was a little bland. The service was exemplary. I have NEVER had poor service at a Chick-fil-A.

The young boy was not courteous at all when taking my order. At the end he left me hanging without asking me if I wanted my receipt or without asking me for any dipping sauces. I stayed a little after he gave me my lemonade, and told him I wanted the honey roasted bbq and sriracha and he looked annoyed. The food took longer than usual. The people waiting for their mobile pickup order seemed a little annoyed that they had to wait a little longer for their order also. When out order finally came, mind you, it came with only ONE honey roasted bbq sauce. We ordered a 30 count nugget box, 2 sandwiches and fries. I got up and told the boy (he looked like he was 12) that we needed more than one. And he looked even more annoyed and the red head older girl asked him what was going on and she looked over and seemed annoyed. That has been the worst client attention given to us at a Chick-fil-A. I felt very uncomfortable afterwards and just went ahead and placed a mobile order for something we needed to take home. I didn’t want to go up to the ordering area and have them make more annoying faces at me. They should have like a mature older adult in charge bc the kids have really bad attention with the customers. I received a survey on my app right after placing this order for a free sandwich and wouldn’t accept my entree since I had no receipt for the serial # 😒 so I also missed out on a free sandwich thanks to them. The order number is not the same as the serial number.
We stopped here while traveling. It is super busy and appears to be understaffed. The drive-through line was long and not moving quickly like other CFAs. The food was fresh, and the service once available was good.

3 stars because I came often and never had an issue. Yesterday evening Monday 8/26/24 6-7 pm was a disappointing experience. The drive thru wait was much slower than usual. I drove down the road luckily not as far as say going home, but I looked in the bag to see it was someone else’s name and sandwich. I went back and they were still overall slow. This particular management and team weren’t being efficient, timely, or accurate. My biggest problem came when I asked for fresh fries that came with my meal. At this point the original fries were cold and who wants to eat cold fries? I ordered a meal and got the wrong sandwich, had to go back, that took time, more waiting, also I noticed no acknowledgement or apology for their mistake either - I was inconvenienced and unhappy about the situation. I’m not sure the supervisor’s name who talked to me, but he had the audacity to say I would need to pay for another medium fry. For example, at Outback if the steak is made incorrectly, they serve fresh sides to go with your new steak without you even needing to ask. I have to beg for a little bitty fry, really? I was taken aback. I replied, “I come here all the time, are you serious?” He went inside and I believe conversed with a manager, then brought out the fry with a “sorry about that”. It should’ve been no issue in the first place.

The smallest piece of chicken I’ve ever gotten at a Chick-fil-A. Asked for another piece and was told that this is the average size. More like a breakfast portion size?
