I arrive at 6:00pm on Monday, June 10th at the Promenade location. I’m there to pick up an order and the two girls at the front do not even greet me, so I sit down and wait for someone to say something. Nothing.
Some older guy walks in and he gets a hello before he even reaches the counter. At that point I walk out without even waiting for my order that was already paid for.

We ordered chicken salad carry out to serve at my sister’s baby shower. My mom cut up thin slice Pepperidge Farm bread for small chicken salad sandwiches, and they were a hit! Thank you for your great service and food. It really helped us out!

You always make my impromptu family gatherings a hit with your well-thought out, generous, Family Pack, and the prompt service. Watermelon tea is so delightful. All the chicken salad flavors are a culinary experience. My parents were so delighted and particularly excited when I packed up left overs and sent them home with them - there is no Chicken Salad Chick in New Orleans :( I never remember to take a picture because we start arranging and digging in immediately! Thanks, Chick!

Service was decent. Wished I was told prior to paying that the sandwich I asked for toasted couldn’t be toasted unless it was a melt. The sweet tea was good but that was about it.

I just left this establishment. I was craving a chicken salad sandwich. I placed my order sat right down and was ready to devour my meal. And to my surprise, they brought my sandwich out in brunt bread. I politely asked the young lady if she could take it back and replace the bread because it was brunt. She came back to me and said, thats the way, the toaster cooks the bread, and I said no, that's not the way a toaster cooks bread then I asked her whether this look and smell burnt to her and once again to my surprise she said Nope. At that point, I was done. Then, another young girl asks if I would rather not have it toasted. And now I can't believe what I'm hearing because your toaster is burning bread. You want me to change my order, but your store is next to a Target that sells perfectly good toasters that won't burn bread. Refund my money, and I will eat somewhere that appreciates my money and business. No one cares about customer service anymore. Either you buy what we give you, or you don't eat here. SMH….

This place was okay but one guy did come out and ask if everything was okay he was very sweet but the caps didn't fit the drink cups. There was very little chicken salad on the sandwich it should be a little bit more for the price you pay. I've been to other chicken salad chicks and we're more in pleased than this one in Mississippi just saying

I've been here several times. Both dining in and for take out. They are very clean. Dining area is clean, drink area is always clean and well stocked. No messy sticky spills left. Very handicap accessible. Handicap parking and sidewalk ramp right in front of store. Food is very fresh and always wonderful flavor. I really like the chicken salad with the apples, grapes and nuts. It's a great choice. The egg salad is good for either a main choice or side. I like the fact it doesn't have a lot of mustard that can overwhelm the taste. I've also tried the potato soup. Goes well on a rainy chilly day. Good thick soup.
