Chili's Grill & Bar

Had a phone order. Real simple, 2 orders of Southwest Eggrolls. Upon pickup, I inquired about the included sauce. Server Deanna happily indicated that the orders come with Avocado Ranch. I requested that in addition to the two sauces (one for each order), she add two Sweet Chiles. She seemed very happy to fulfill my request. She went to the back and I heard her say that she needed two additional Sweet Chilles. I saw her dip her hand into the bag, as to place the sauce containers on top of the boxes. I left a tip and departed. Upon arriving home, I was unable to find the two Sweet Chille sauces. I can only assume that they either mysteriously vanished into thin air, or never actually put into the bag. Somewhat disappointed.

My husband and I went last night for dinner, when you can smell the grease from the parking lot you'd think you would pay attention, but no went on in. Don't ever get there cheese dip we were both sick. Service was sub par, steak was decent and that's all I can say, won't be back

D.J. is absolutely a 5 star sever.Her presence alone was amazing. She is attentive ,sweet and absolutely amazing over all.The first time my kids said they thought this was the best server we have ever had!

No wait to be seated. Sat for 10 minutes at our table with menus open but no server. Went to hostess stand and requested a server. 5 minutes with still no server. We went to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner.

Came back tonight and much better experience. Good job.

The waitress was nice at first until I told her my steak was not a ribeye but a sirloin and that it was cold. I’m guessing it was from someone else’s wrong order and they wanted give it to me.

This is the first time in years since we've eaten at a Chili's. Our former experiences left a lot to the imagination, but this was great. Would definitely come back

DJ was our server, and an ABSOLUTELY precious woman!! She was knowledgeable about menu items to answer questions. Her personality won us over. We were a party of 6 and she handled our table like a pro. The world needs more of her in everyone's life. Our food was fantastic. Try the triple Dipper 😁....the cheese pull is off the charts!!
