Chili's Grill & Bar

I mean its a chilis! The food was good especially the skillet queso which i love! And the honey chipotle crispers! What i did not like was that when it came time to pay i told the waiter i was oaying cash she handed the ticket and kept coming by every 30 seconds eyeing us from a distance felt more like she thought i was trying to dine and dash then being attentive because when we were eating i lasted about 6 minutes with an empty cup of water until she came by. Which why it felt more like she was treating us like dine and dashers rather than customers. I still left a good tip though.

My family loves to go to Chilli's. The food always has us leaving happy. What stood out the most this visit was the service. James was a fantastic server that made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. We have been going to Chilli's for what feels like forever, but his service really made our visit one of the best ever. No special occasion or anything, just his friendly service and positive attitude that really set the stage.

I'd really like to give 3.5 stars if I could. The fried mozzarella and the lava cake were both very good! The cheese pull on the fried mozzarella is just like the TikTok videos! The breading on the fried mozzarella was also very well seasoned and the cheese inside tasted great. The lava cake has the perfect ratio of cake to ice cream to hot fudge and is the perfect temperature.
I ordered the Santa Fe salad but received the quesadilla explosion salad instead. They're very similar so I ate the salad without worrying about it. The chicken crispers and the tortilla strips in the salad were both so greasy that it turned the entire salad greasy and made it inedible. The tortilla strips are also heavily seasoned and the seasoning gets on the entire salad making it very salty when you mix it. I would not order a salad with the tortilla strips or chicken crispers in it again.
My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The fries were really great and crispy with fluffy insides. The actual burger was dripping with grease and made it difficult to eat. He ordered without mayo so all of the moisture was from the patty and bacon.
We were seated immediately even though it was busy and the food wait times were good. It seemed like there needed to be more servers as they were having a harder time keeping up with the amount of parties assigned to each. The servers were kind but forgetful, forgetting to bring silverware and refilling cups with the incorrect drink.
Overall, I would go back for the appetizers and dessert but I would order a light meal without anything fried or any red meats.

I sat at the bar for 15 minutes on a Saturday night. No one ever came to serve me. It wasn’t really clear exactly who the bartender was.

Irby FINALLY made y’all’s Cajun Alfredo look and taste like Cajun Alfredo!!! Keep him on the line!! Kira was my server and she was fabulous! Even while making the whole restaurants drinks she was still very attentive to her customers!!! Kira and IRBY need a raise or a week of free meals!!!
