Honestly 9/10 times my order is perfect but today I feel like I was completely robbed. I ordered through pickup line and had double meat in my bowl but after eating it I think I only had like 8 pieces of meat. I understand trying to conserve product but if I pay for it then give me what I paid for.

Picking up food for someone else

Ordered chips and cheese (a side, mind you) and was charged twice. Wouldn't be an issue if it was a normal price but whoever heard of almost 9 dollars for a side of chips/cheese.

Just left here and honestly it is Literally the filthiest chipotle I've ever been in. Food was everywhere ! The kitchen area was disgusting. Where they serve food was also gross. First and last time coming to this location. No one spoke to me besides cashier lol. The person making my food just stared at me until I said what I wanted , I didn't even know they were ready lol please do a deep clean and train staff on customer service ASAP

There's no way this is a real bowl of food you serve someone. This looks like somebody's leftovers was just given to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Corporate pls nuke this place.

The first time in this establishment the service was below acceptable, the food wasn't good or hot and the service i got was terrible. I coughed it up to just being a new restaurant that had just opened the month before and they was still sorting out everything. The 2nd time I went there was tonight 8/30/25 the restaurant was a mess, i went to the counter and ordered a steak burrito and asked the spanish kid behind the counter if they had Spanish rice and he laughed and asked what's Spanish rice very rudely, so I asked him was he serious. I really dont know how this establishment is still up and running. I politely apologized and told him we will just go elsewhere and all I got in response was a Whatever. Com8ng from a business owner this is terrible service that needs to be corrected.

Wow by far the worst burrito I’ve had from Chipotle in a long time. Why is my burrito being folded like a blanket? It practically fell apart on me. Also the lettuce was very wilted and browning.

They don't open on time, I had to wait another 25 minutes after 10:45, they do everything slowly and it's not tidy

They refused to give me new chicken when I asked for it so I wouldt get some old chicken that he was scoping of the bottom of the tray.and then they didn’t have queso and then they where ran out mostly all there food

worst service ever i come here all the time and it’s always the same thing everytime there always out of something( there’s already barely anything on the menu) and always short your scoops and when you ask for more they say there gonna charge you extra and always catch an attitude
