Cicis Pizza

Business opened for 11 AM. No pizzas ready, just salad bar set up. In Gaming area several machines out, most require tokens. My grandson lost money $1 (no token). They gave him a token back, not the cash. We were informed the machine was broken. He tried again and he got the big prize and employee said sorry that machine was broken since last night that belongs to someone else. NO OUT OF ORDER SIGN was on this machine. Any place you go into these days seems like they are understaffed... same here, but the two guys who were working when me and my friends came in stepped up their game and made our experience great. Respect

Haven't had Cicis Pizza in years so decided to give this location a chance. This was my first time at this establishment. Service was very slow. Was there for almost a hour and only 2 new pizzas were made. Both were only made due to being requested. When I first arrived there were only 4 styles of pizza to try. So I ate only those four. Everything was good and I enjoyed it. Just wish other items were available without having to put in a request. The salad bar didn't have the options...read full review
