Wanted to do something fun on a day off and went on a Monday to bowl. Everybody that works here is just rude and could care less about the customers. They also told me they couldn’t book any lanes because they have leagues coming in 2 hours….wow couldn’t let people bowl for an hour? Still gives you an hour to prep for a league. Whatever won’t be going back.

Why is it that this bowling alley cares nothing about other people that want to bowl, EXCEPT for League bowlers? If you aren’t playing for league and you call to ask if they are busy, they are RUDE! If you call to see when the last time they oiled the lanes, they have some smart sarcastic comment about it! Or they tell you they just oiled them, I go there to bowl and the lanes haven’t been oiled for 5 days! There is no reason people who don’t have time for League Bowling have to be treated in that manner! Better attitudes from the Management and some of the staff would be appreciated!

Need to be more transparent with advertising and scheduling. States has Bowling Specials every single day but don't clarify if it overlaps with other events that are active by website or Facebook.

We're new in the coastal Mississippi area and decided to join a seniors bowling league. We hadn't bowled in 15 years so we were a bit (lot) rusty. We are having a blast with the league members and a very well run Cypress Lanes.
