Get some better cooks brisket was horrible waiting on my refund still uber charged me 10$ this company took 38.50 and still have yet to pay me back

My fiance and his son ate there and I was told that they were threatening to kick them out for no apparent reason and the people were just rude and the food was horrible. Will not be goin back there ever again.

Ordered pulled pork & sliced smoked chicken for the night before Thanksgiving. We had family in from Birmingham, Atlanta & Houston. Everyone loved the meat. Best Q in Biloxi/Gulfport. I grew up in W. TN & know good Q. This is the place. So what if it's a chain. So is KFC, Hardee's, Capt. D's, etc.

Do not order with Uber eats! Missing half of my order and the other half is meat that's been under a heat lamp for God knows how long. Just absolutely disappointing.

I understand online ordering but to walk in n walk past someone in line to the register n get waited on first just because your lazy ass ordered online,,,, is bullshit! My food was already prepared n all he had to do was check me out. Instead I'm told to wait because 2 rude ass people jumped line n got there food 1st. The nice employee tells me, he doesn't agree w it either but it's what he has to do. OK note taken!

Used to come to this location once a week but its been about a year. Went today and was a little disappointed in the food. Now the pulled pork was tender but not much flavor. They stopped offering the delicious cream spinach( wish id known) also The baked beans that i used to love well they have changed them and they aren’t t very good (my opinion and 3 others)
Wish they would not changed these beans.
Mc n cheese was just ok but was dry.
The sauces that they offer at self serve seems to be watered down so much that just so thin and not tasty as they used to be. Prices have gone up but food quality has came down. Plus no free ice cream!
I wish places that have great reviews and great food stayed that way instead of changing and I guess im done with dickeys now. It wasn’t very busy as im used to it being also. Oh did I mention the flies and nats? Yes so i only ate half of my pulled pork due to flies landing on my food, all 3 of us decided to just leave. Used to be my favorite place to go eat. I feel sad

It was dirty they were fruit flys all over the drink area and I ordered curb side I didn’t know if it was ready or not. They didn’t have my order correct or my wife’s, no manners either on top of that I gave them a tip and they really didn’t do shit. Never going to that place again.

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried your food and thought 3rd time would be the charm, Nope! Disappointed again! That’s $30.00 I’ll never get back, and you won’t get again.

I don't find pleasure in sharing a negative review, but my experience today at Dickey's was unacceptable. The smoked chicken was odd, like a processed and pressed piece of meat. It definitely wasn't an actual piece of smoked chicken. Needless to say my overall opinion is disappointment.

The meat was less tender than other Dickey's we visited. The mac & cheese had so much gloppy cheese on it, I was unable to eat it. My rolls was flattened out. The only thing half descent was the bbq beans. They were out of BIG Yellow cups, and the ice cream machine was not operational they said they were out of mix. To top it off, bathrooms were disgusting . The place was dirty. Tables not clean. The TV was filthy. Where is manager? Obviously not paying attention.

Staff just hung out in the back. Tables were dirty, no sweat tea. If I needed something, I had to go to the counter and yell, "Excuse me and someone would come from the back.

The workers are great! I spoke to a tall gentleman who was very friendly and patient taking my order. The food was great and fast. Very nice building. Do recommend
