Jose is consistently RUDE each and every time I go to Hardee’s. Mix and match were supposed to be 5. He got mad when I asked about it. It’s always something with him. I absolutely despise him. I’m going to start driving off when I hear his voice on the speaker! If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and QUIT!

The Gm and one of his cashiers are always outside smoking Marijuana on the property you walk by them and you can smell it on thier clothes it's a very strong overpowering smell I would not go here again

The family loves the breakfast here. Opens 5am sometimes earlier. Great menu. Try the biscuits and gravy. :)

Honestly, I would not even give this location 1 Star. Went Saturday morning, 11/1 to grab some breakfast, they were out of fried egg which they told us about and it was fine but fail to inform us about also being out of Orange Juice, which it’s fine as well not a big deal I completely understand from working in the fast food and server industry in the past but OMG, the customer service was HORRIBLE. Went to the window and when we saw that one of the drinks was not Orange Juice and asked about it a older woman argue with us about it stating, “oh he told you we were out”. Then as we were leaving we heard them saying things like, “I don’t want to take anymore orders” and other stuff that you shouldn’t say in front of customers, I mean at least wait until the window is close and go where customers can’t hear you. That’s not even the worst part. We looked in the bags to make sure everything is there and the sandwich’s were a mess like just thrown together, the sausage looked like it was sitting in water for hours, looked old. Usually I’m a person that will let things go but with how their attitude was, I was not going to waste money. Went back to get a refund and the manger, Jose looked like he didn’t want to be bother, with an attitude he tells his worker “what do they want”. As he comes to us a young lady comes and snatches the drinks from our hand, the whole time is looking at us with an attitude and then as we are waiting for the manager says, “they need to leave”. I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service the way I did that day.

I went the other day thru drive thru ordered me a bacon breakfast platter they gave me sausage. Then I went back today for the same thing and she had my box sideways like completely and also I didn’t get no biscuit today.

We showed up running through the rain hungry and anticipating good food and let me tell you. Jose and his team were ready. Me and my boyfriend both ordered a sausage link biscuit meal and sat inside while we waited for the weather to pass. The food was so fresh and good. Jose came out and cut up with us for awhile. Greah food and great atmosphere so early in the morning. Thank yall.

Food was good but customer service is terrible. The lady at the window and the lady manager have the worst attitudes! Not sure why they work there if they hate it so much. Skip this Hardees and go to the one in Gulfport. The ladies in Gulfport are quick and stay professional no matter what the situation is. They don’t “hate people” like I overheard the Diberville manager say.
