I honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place earned it.
I paid $7 for TWO pieces of tempura shrimp, which is already ridiculous for the portion size — and somehow it still managed to be bad. The shrimp came out cold, not fresh or crispy at all. On top of that, they forgot all of my sauces, which is kind of important when that’s literally part of the dish.
My hibachi was also missing any vegetables at all — no onions, no zucchini, no carrots, nothing. Just meat and rice. It felt rushed, sloppy, and careless.
The service made it even worse. The staff was rude, impatient, and clearly just wanted to rush us out of the restaurant instead of actually making sure the order was right or that we were taken care of.
For the price, this experience was unacceptable. Cold food, missing items, tiny portions, and bad service is not something I’m paying for again. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend Ichiro to anyone looking for decent food or decent service.

I'm pretty sure I overpaid since I ordered through Uber eats and they ripped the price off my receipt. The chicken Hibachi was okay. The egg drop soup was okay. The tuna avocado was not good but the restaurant fixed it. My favorite part was the ginger salad dressing. Everything else was bland. Not bad just needed flavor.

I visited for the first time since I was in town for a quick trip. I felt somewhat rushed to place my order. I order the shrimp hibachi, an oreo shake, and wontons. The flavors of the hibachi and the wontons were actually really nice; the wontons were slightly sweet as I like them. The shake was bland (maybe too much milk added) but I wouldn't order it again. The customer service overall was just okay. If I come back to town, I think I'd try it again as the flavors of the food I tried were good.

The Ichiro staff is awesome, went above and beyond in putting a dinner together for us even though it was late and the weather was terrible. Food was fantastic, the Hibachi steak and the shrimp served were delicious and the portions were more than adequate.
