Table was dirty. Employee wiped it off with a dry cloth which did nothing! Waiter was dismissive and not attentive. Was way more attentive to white customers! Food was okay, nothing spectacular. There was way more employees laughing and playing at the front counter than attending to customers!!
November 2024
I drove from half an hour away to eat here a few days ago (November 1) and they were closed with a sign on their door saying closed due to not having enough staff. This isn’t the first time that’s happened. And I’m certainly not going to take the risk of driving there for nothing every time I’m craving iHop. There’s obviously bigger issue say okay if they can’t maintain a basic crew. Corporate needs to look into what’s going on here. I’m still going to give it...

My IHOP experience was good for the most part for starters my server Tori, was the sweetest waiter I have ever had an encounter with at any restaurant. She had nothing but smiles on her face and she was quick with our food (*side note I was there in a group of 3) it only took her 14-15 minutes to bring us our hot & divine meals I had the Chicken Tenders & Pancakes because the Waffle maker unfortunately was down but I still chowed down on my Pancakes & Chicken Tenders....
