$22.00 and change for this. Unacceptable, never have this problem at the Orange Grove store. This is pitiful. Three sandwiches for $80.94 order. I'll never eat from this establishment again.

I work locally and a few days ago someone representing this particular store stopped by and handed out coupons to myself and my colleagues. Fast forward to today and decided that we would try this location for lunch. We ordered 3 subs. When my co worker got to the location to put our order in she was met with attitude. The lady behind the counter was very unkind. My co worker was trying to read our order to her and she snapped “just give it to me”. There was a male working the register (who was very sweet) who was struggling a little to ring the order. He apologized and stated that was new. The lady rudely snapped at him as well. Aside from the attitude. She also made the sandwiches wrong! One sub was a club she forgot to put the bacon on the sandwich so instead of fixing it she threw 2 pieces of bacon in a container. She forgot to cut one of the subs and finally the 2 cold subs we ordered were basically all lettuce. I understand mistakes, I can understand being new. But being nasty to your customers and not fixing something you messed up on is something I can’t understand.

Avoid Jersey Mike’s in D’Iberville, MS—especially around dinner time or if you’re passing through near I-10.
I stopped in at 8:19 PM, well before their posted 9 PM closing time. Two customers ahead of me were served, given extra meat, and warmly sent off by the manager talking about how “all these babies are fixing to go to college.” After that? Nothing. I stopped existing.
I stood at the counter alone, in full view while one employee cleaned in front of me, then walked away to chat with the manager and another worker. No one greeted me. No one explained anything. They simply chose to ignore me.
There were four loaves of bread on the rack. I can only assume they were saving those for after-hours sandwiches for themselves. When I drove by again shortly after, they were already sweeping and winding down, long before 9 PM.
This wasn’t a busy night or an overwhelmed crew. It was a team that had checked out early and decided I wasn’t worth the effort.
If you’re traveling through D’Iberville off Interstate 10, or you’re a local looking for dinner, save yourself the stop. There are plenty of places nearby that actually acknowledge customers.

This is my second experience with Jersey Mikes. The first was through door dash but going into this location made me not want to try it again. It was being run by 3 teenagers that clearly didn’t want to be there. Terribly made sandwich that I didn’t even want anymore by the time I got home.

We have a long history of eating at Jersey Mikes in NC. Their customer service and food prep is 5 star. The east Gadsden location needs a little customer service training and some humility. They need to remember they are working for the customers that pay their salary and put all their effort into making a great sub according to the customers’s order. If I pay for extra meat and extra cheese then I better be able to tell the difference between a regular sub and what I ordered and paid for. And not be treated so rudely, ESPECIALLY when I have so graciously overtipped you expecting even better quality and service. We love your subs and we certainly hope you make it in Gadsden. But someone needs to light a fire under your behinds!! ?

Around 4 pm on 8/8/24:
I had my husband go in store to get me a #6 no onions add mayo. When I opened the sandwich, the lettuce and tomatoes were missing. Just because the sandwich was modified doesn’t mean I didn’t want what was supposed to be included. Unfortunately my husband was unaware as I’m the only one who gets Jersey Mike’s between us. I might not anymore though. I’m pretty disappointed by this location. I was always satisfied and had no issues with the one I frequented prior to moving to the area. It’s also a longer drive to and from so I wasn’t able to go back. This is mainly the fault of the employee making the sandwich, thus hopefully they’ll get it right next time.
