The staff and management team handled my problems and the play place is clean. Good fries, good sweet tea, only order your food through the kiosk or through the drive thru.

Horrible Masker Family Owned Obviously they are not suitable to own a McDonalds LITERALLY I RAN OUT OF GAS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH THEY TAKE ATLEAST 20+ MINS EACH ORDER BE PREPARED TO LOSE ALL YOUR GAS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO PICKY AND CHEAP RUDE AND BROKE TO ACTUALLY HIRE EMPLOYEES! The service was extremely poor. Didn’t bring any drink cups out brought one sandwich instead of the two for five. Had to beg for napkins and any condiments at all. Overall, a horrible experience.

Early morning doors were locked. Had to pull trailer through driveway window. Asked for fried pies, our favorite. Almost never ready. This morning was unable to get them. Ordered two fried potatos. Only gave us one, but she only charged for one.

The food was very disappointing in every regard. The fries tasted like they were fried in olive oil or something causing a bitter and burnt taste in every bite. The sweet tea tasted fairly rancid and the soda lacked the appropriate amount of carbonation. My son’s hamburger was dried out and flattened till it was as thin as a chip. My wife couldn’t finish her food and threw it away. My mccrispy tenders were the only things that were really edible. I’d say the only redeeming factor would be the playplace

Came there only because my friend has to feed her friend's grandson after church( she took him to church).I don't eat fast food but today took combo 2 ranch rolls & potato free & drink( substituted terrible soda to coffee).Waste of many..not pleasure to eat..not delicious,taste of non organic food,heavy for stomach..only coffee was ok and time/ conversation with my friend

I’m not sure what the guys problem is at night taking orders, but he is very rude at the speaker and needs an attitude check. He told me my total was $5.80, I gave him $6 and he handed me 10 cents back. On my receipt it said my total was 5.77$ im not sure if he knows what he’s doing or not. Also, I’ve always upgraded my kids happy meals to a soda, happy to pay the extra price for it, but he would not let me. Said only chocolate milk or apple juice. Not sure if something changed, but he could have definitely let me know that. Anyways, they don’t get paid enough to care so unless you want to get talked to like trash, take your business elsewhere.

Made a mobile order and was ask to pull in a spot. No big deal, happens alot at fast food restaurants. Not sure how fast anymore. But as we waited our turn 45 minutes past and we watched car after get there food. They were so under staffed that I asked the poor girl running out food what was going on and what happened to our order. She didn't have any clue what was going on she was just running food. I believed she went inside and ask about our oder but still no one came. I had an employee come out and ask what we ordered and went back inside and never came back. After no service I drove back through the drive thru after walking inside and it was so packed no one was being helped. We requested to speak to the manager but there was not one. Which explains the poor service. We never received our food and requested a refund. The staff was VERY unprofessional. I will never do business at the location again.

They were either all new or understaffed. They got orders wrong. Multiple customers had to
wait for them to give simple things they forgot to give! Complaints galore! Worst service I had&food cold!
