Every single time in come into this McDonald’s, the employees completely ignore the customers. Average have to wait over 10-15 for a small order with no other customers in the store. By far the worst McDonald’s on the coast.

I hate to leave a nasty review, but the service was genuinely not well. The cashiers weren't polite despite the fact that everyone was waiting for a good while. I know it's McDonald's, and they were busy. I have no trouble waiting either. It just doesn't feel good to wait and then see the employees be unkind to others who have been waiting. Not to mention one lady left after standing at the register for so long. I've seen other McDonald's being run a lot more efficiently with a lil more customer service but then again it is fast food. Still ticked me off havin to wait 30+ minutes for a lil breakfast sandwich so we're gonna leave that 1 star right here, for now 3
So me and my wife decided to get McDonalds for dinner we order and got our order pretty quick all but one burger I tell the manager im guessing which she had a serious attitude her crew were all young couldn't get orders right food coming off the line unwrapped to be bagged but saw them pick those out when I got my burger it wa very sloppy this is in diberville @7 pm o. The date of 12-18-2025 they need better employees amd management they really sucl.half the mornings they not open on time very very sad amd bad for the franchise

People had been waiting for over 30 minutes if not more. Tables were covered in food and trash, no paper in the remote kiosk for receipts. I still never got the food I ordered.

Ordered through the app when I arrived I had to pull up and wait. Get home half the order is missing turn around go back not an apology or anything. Then get home and these are the fries. Wont be back to this location. Isn’t the first time having this issue with the same store.

Horrible ran McDonald's. To go order said ready, didn't get it for 20 minutes. Workers opening food to see what it is. Workers don't know their job, no management. Ask for sauce she yelled the ran out. Horrible ran McDonald's
