I have been to this McDonalds on multiple occasions over the last 4 years and I have to say that the customer service is absolutely horrible. Ever sens the introduction of the self ordering systems, the employees will not come to the front counter unless forced to, or an order is ready to be handed out.

Let’s just take a second for all of us to understand we typically know Mcdonald service but this time y’all it’s 6:30 in the morning and I was just greeted by Mr. Mark at the D’Iberville location and this guy was the nicest guy I’ve ever come into contact with this early in the morning maybe in general he was so sweet And so happy to be at his job that I honestly was excited to write this review about him because he is now motivated me to get ready for my day and I hope...
