It was around 3:30 when I arrived. There was one other lady in the there, just us. Service was great, but it took me five tries to find a clean table. There were three team members and almost zero clean tables. I bought the queso and had the first chip - very stale. Disappointing. When finishing, I went to throw my items away...Trash was filled to the top. It just didn't make sense... Two customers, three team members, and a very dirty restaurant. I can overlook a lot of things - but food safety and cleanliness are deal breakers.

Love Moe's as a chain but this one is just terrible, I miss the gulfport one but that sucked too in its own ways.

I went to Moe’s today and had the worse experience! The young lady who walked over to fix my food had the most awful attitude from the start! She rudely kept asking- what else? What else? What else? I literally had less than a second to respond! Then I asked for the corn mixture, she rolled her eyes and said it would take her 7 minutes to cook it, then just stared at me! As much as I love Moe’s, I will NEVER visit this location ever again! Just sad!!!!!!

Moes is like heaven in my mouth. I don’t think anything on the planet can compare to the sensation I get from letting that creamy queso drip into my mouth. When I walk in I am always greeted by, “welcome to Moes!” The employees are always super bubbly, and they are happy to help. I love hitting up moes after Cross Country practice or track practice especially on Moe Monday when I can get that discount. $8:55 for a chicken bowl, can’t beat it. Don’t even get me started about the stack and salsa table. Just hearing the name Moes makes my mouth salivate a little. I hope this tells you what you need to know.☺️

My husband and I went here for a late lunch/early dinner (around 2:30pm). At the time, there was only one lady working and she had 2 other people in front of us. Eventually she got some backup as they saw a line forming. They didn’t have any steak, so they made us a fresh portion. We both ordered a home wrecker. However, we had to keep repeating what we wanted in our bowl. Food was good. Cleanliness of the restaurant could’ve been a little better. Our table had leftover food on it. But we cleaned it off, no big deal. Overall, pretty decent service and food.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I’ve been to this Moe’s 5 times and every single time I’ve gone, I’ve been forced to wait while they make mobile orders. Today I waited for 10 minutes while mobile orders were completed in front of me. Additionally, the workers were rude and did not listen when I ordered. The rice was crunchy and the salsa from the salsa bar tastes like it’s gone bad from just being reused. I repeat do not go here I couldn’t eat any of my food it was so bad. I’ve been going to Moe’s for 15 years and will continue to go to any other location but this one. It is a shame. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD FOOD. Moe’s in D'Iberville needs new management or needs to be shut down to stop ruining the brand name.
Doing a mobile order is pointless at this store. Workers ignore the mobile orders and will start making them when you arrive. On top of that they messed up the order.

Ordered a steak burrito. They put 4 pieces of steak in the burrito that were the same size as the pinto beans I ordered. The entire burrito was just rice.

My wife ordered a bowl through uber eats, and she ordered steak, plus extra steak which is an upcharge. Her bowl had no meat in it. I get some companies skimp out on meat.. but skipping it entirely is plain ignorant. Heavily disappointed with this Moe’s location considering the one in my hometown has never let me down.

I prioritize exceptional customer service, but my visit to Moe's Southwest Grill on Thursday, October 24th at 7:45 PM was subpar. As a newcomer, I sought recommendations due to indecision. Unfortunately, the staff member on the line was unaccommodating, making me feel unwelcome. Her behavior seemed discriminatory, prompting my decision to avoid future visits. This experience reinforces the importance of considering customer reviews when evaluating businesses.
The employees were a little helpful but that was only my 2nd time being there and the food was disgusting. Their pico was fermented bad and their dark chicken tasted terrible. I told the guy just a little pico and he does a full scoop. A bowl should not taste that bad. I threw my food away because it was making me sick. None of the food had any flavor. Stick to chipotle!
