I recently ordered from Olive Garden online, expecting a delightful meal delivered to my doorstep. While most of the food exceeded expectations, once again, the salad fell short. Past experiences dining in have been similar, and it's disappointing to see no improvement.
The salad was shockingly old and wilted. It feels like there is a recurring issue with the quality – brown lettuce, soggy tomatoes, and aged onions aren’t what I expected when ordering from a reputable chain. Serving such ingredients reflects a lack of quality control, which is unfair given the price we pay for the meals.
Aside from the salad, the rest of the meal was fantastic, and I sincerely wish Olive Garden would pay more attention to the freshness of their vegetables. It’s not fair to serve old food while charging full price. Hopefully, this review will encourage an upgrade in quality assurance!

We don't usually dine late. We arrived at 9 pm. Our server, Dawn looked exhausted, but she still greeted us with a smile. Her customer service was excellent and made for a successful birthday treat to our Mom. Food was hot and fresh. We had the shrimp scampi, chicken scampi, and I had the soup and salad. Our drinks were peach Bellini, strawberry margarita, and strawberry limencello margarita. I told Dawn that she served us the best olive garden salad we've ever had. The bread sticks were warm and soft. No room for dessert. The hostess was sweet also. Everyone bid us farewell with smiles and politeness.

The food was great. I ordered a spinach and gnocchi soup as well as some shrimp with angel hair pasta & mushroom sauce. I ate at the bar and the server/bartender was on the spot and straight forward. She switched out my soup when I told her that there was no gnocchi. the food was tasty and worth it.
