Every part of my experience was exceptional. Food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I have always enjoyed eating at Outback. In my original post, I included cudous to the hostess and server. I also included photos. I always have the Blooming Onion, and this time, I tried the Brisket Sandwich. Wonderful!

Please fix the macaroni, I have to ask for it to have more cheese and even when it has cheese, it tastes hot but also cold. Please do fix this as it used to be so good around a year or two ago!

Attempting to eat here.Asked about specials and was told they are on the back of that menu. Not very friendly at all. Maggie was her name.So I looked up specials on my phone.Then she informed me that they do not follow what corporate stores do.It was on their menu.And they do not do it.Manager was no help either. But he said he could make it for what the special shows.Too little too late. This interaction took over 15 minutes as she had way too many tables to handle 5 or moreNeed to wake up, and get rid of Maggie

2 stars because automatic gratuity is 20% for large parties, implied tipping has gotten entirely out of control. Listen the service and food are always good here, but how many outback steakhouses are there? I 100% agree with their staff being paid fair wages, but are you really telling me that outback still needs us to pay their employees through these increasing tip figures? Outback should pay their own staff. To the people doing the actual work here, the staff, I recommend you unionize.

I'm a loyal outback customer, but last night I got the 16oz ribeye. First of all, the steak was super thin. Probably about half the thickness of a standard ribeye (not cowboy cut). I ordered it medium, and it came out well in to well done territory, which seeing how thin it was, was almost a guarantee. It was also way over seasoned, so I can't even tell you how good the meat itself was. And with how thin it was, I can5 imagine how it came out to 16oz. There's no way. But I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to send it back and wait for a new one.Everyone gets a mulligan. But I've been getting a lot of bad meals everywhere down here lately, so I'm not feeling particularly generous these days.

Visited on a Saturday night. Had to wait 30 minutes to get a table. Got a text when it was ready. Was fine with waiting since I hadn't had outback in a few years. Got the 16 oz ribeye. Added lobster to it. Ordered mushrooms and mac and cheese for my sides. The mac and cheese was a specialty side so it was a few dollars more. It didn't taste like a specialty side (not worth the up-charge). The ribeye was overcooked, had a lot of fat on it, and didn't have much flavor. My favorite part was the lobster and crawfish app. Disappointing since a steakhouse should specialize in steak. I'll give Outback another chance though because it can be hard to do a great job when its busy. Our server was nice but didnt notice that we didn't have silverware. Our food came and we hoped he'd bring the silverware then, but didn't so then we had to ask for it. It should already be on the table. You shouldn't have to ask for it. The complimentary bread and butter was nice. Ordered a drink and asked for light ice, but received the glass filled 3/4 of the way with ice. The waiter used to be a bartender so i was surprised he didnt use his second opinion when receiving it from the bartender. I'm just saying, some attention to detail isn't hard. Are they drawing doodles when writing in their notepads? Can they not read their own handwriting? Why did I waste my time even asking for light ice? I wasn't asking for much. The booth we sat at was very tiny with a small table and the seats were so close to one another that my friend and I didn't have foot room to ourselves. The seats themselves were not very comfortable. They didn't seem to line up well with the table. I couldn't comfortably lean against the back of the booth and be able to eat at the same time. I'm not sure if they take reservations, but I'd recommend trying to get one or having dinner earlier or on a week day and maybe service might be better.
