I was not aware of this little establishment, but I was pleasantly surprised with the Poke Bowl (I put together) rice, mixed lettuce,Avocado, eel sauce,crabmeat, sweet eggs( yes sweet eggs)ginger and spicy mayo. DELICIOUS ? 5 star ? ? will revisit soon!

I'm really glad I could find a spot like this here in Mississippi. The Rainforest poke bowl with salmon is my favorite. Plenty of delicious and healthy toppings. Additionally, nice open space, plenty of tables and clean overall. The fresh juice they have is really good too.
I often stop by here after shopping at Target.

Owyhee Bowl is a poke and smoothie bowl cafe with plenty of tables and outlets. It smelled like they freshly cleaned, which is always something I appreciate in a business. This seems like a great space to drink one of their fresh juices and do work on a laptop. I built my own bowls: ?Greens, Mango, Edamame, Masago, Salmon, eel sauce, and crunchies The salmon still had good flavor because it was so fresh. Some poke bowls I've had at other places taste bland like the fish is frozen, but I didn't experience that. I liked the subway concept while building my bowl. The mango added a nice sweet touch. ? Pitaya bowl with blueberries, coconut, banana, and Nutella Everything was fresh and filling. The blueberries were very plump, and the coconut added a nice texture. The smoothie base was thick and creamy.

Service was quick and friendly. I cannot speak to how things were in the past, but the Spicy Hug Poke bowl (with added edamame) was absolute delicious!

We used to love coming here. It was one of our favorite places to grab a quick and healthier bite. But recently I think they’ve changed suppliers because everything just tastes so off and not as good as it used to. We went in the other day and saw that the bowls have changed to a more bland, cheap looking bowl without their logo on it. Normally I get the pickled radish and love it but, this time it had such a weird after taste. The kimchi wasn’t as good as usual either, they were out of avocado, and they put so much sauce in our bowls, it made them very salty. Normally I finish my bowls clean but I had so much leftover this time because I just was not happy with the taste. I really hope things change and go back to how it used to be. Until then, I don’t think I’m going to be back. Sad to see this happen to one of my favorite places here.
Always good but wish they would bring back mangoes and other items they discontinued.

My poke bowl was absolutely delicious. The salmon and the crab salad were flavorful and fresh. I haven’t had a poke bowl this good since I left California. I give Owyhee Bowl five stars!! ????
