Ordered close to closing time. Called to make sure the order would still be fulfilled. Still tipped the delivery driver a good amount when he arrived. Didn’t appreciate the person who answered to verify delivery and hung up me.

Pizza delivered ICE COLD....Left flap of the box was opened. First and last time I order from this location. I will be filing a complaint with the national corporate offices. Also the crust was way over cooked

Absolutely terrible management Dylan at this location is rude and hung up on me when I was asking if he was just gonna refund my whole order because the wings that they sent me are just lightly drizzled sauce over popcorn chicken. It's not at all like the description from their online and I'm highly disappointed with this location. I would really appreciate it if someone from ownership and or corporate office would get a hold of me because that is extremely rude behavior, especially coming from a manager. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I would never just hang up on someone when they're asking if they're refunding my entire order instead of just the wings.

It was edible but definitely not worth the proce. I guess shrinkflation has hit poppa johns due to outside crust was about 3 inches wide.

The D'iberville Papa John's is amazing! We order delivery from there about once a week. Tonight, we ordered, and one of the pizzas was not right. I called (and I was probably rude 🤦‍♀️), but the manager who answered was kind and said he'd send a new one right out! It arrived hot and fresh. The delivery driver apologized as well. I will continue to order from here! The food is delicious, but the service tonight won me over forever! Thanks y'all!

HORRIBLE experience on a Tuesday night. Placed order on app at 6:20. App said would be ready between 6:39 and 6:49. Got to restaurant at 6:45. Guy at counter said it would be 10 more minutes - no apology; no explanation. I sat for 30 minutes inside while the crowd in the store grew to 5 customers waiting. I finally asked a different guy to check on my order. He found it, said "it's been ready for 20 minutes, I called your name" with no apology. I never heard the guy call my name. I was LIVID. The people working were not hustling one bit or concerned about providing good customer service.
