It was edible but definitely not worth the proce. I guess shrinkflation has hit poppa johns due to outside crust was about 3 inches wide.

The D'iberville Papa John's is amazing! We order delivery from there about once a week. Tonight, we ordered, and one of the pizzas was not right. I called (and I was probably rude 🤦‍♀️), but the manager who answered was kind and said he'd send a new one right out! It arrived hot and fresh. The delivery driver apologized as well. I will continue to order from here! The food is delicious, but the service tonight won me over forever! Thanks y'all!

HORRIBLE experience on a Tuesday night. Placed order on app at 6:20. App said would be ready between 6:39 and 6:49. Got to restaurant at 6:45. Guy at counter said it would be 10 more minutes - no apology; no explanation. I sat for 30 minutes inside while the crowd in the store grew to 5 customers waiting. I finally asked a different guy to check on my order. He found it, said "it's been ready for 20 minutes, I called your name" with no apology. I never heard the guy call my name. I was LIVID. The people working were not hustling one bit or concerned about providing good customer service.

I use to love Papa John's... Until recently... I ordered a chicken Alfredo PASTA bowl on two different occasions and when it was delivered there was NO pasta or Alfredo sauce to be found ?.. just meat & cheese ... I mean if I wanted that it wouldn't be a problem but that is not what I ordered... When you call you get put on hold for 20 minutes and nothing gets resolved so I won't be ordering again. Food great ✔️ service accountability horrible ??

Makes me wait on the phone for 15 min so I decided to order online for delivery- charges me for 2 orders when I ordered 1 then cancels it and says they don’t deliver 5 mins away from the location because it’s "to far" and that I need to come and pick up the order.. i couldn’t leave due to bed rest of having a baby thats why I ordered for delivery. Very disappointed. And appalled.
