Papa Johns Pizza

HORRIBLE experience on a Tuesday night. Placed order on app at 6:20. App said would be ready between 6:39 and 6:49. Got to restaurant at 6:45. Guy at counter said it would be 10 more minutes - no apology; no explanation. I sat for 30 minutes inside while the crowd in the store grew to 5 customers waiting. I finally asked a different guy to check on my order. He found it, said "it's been ready for 20 minutes, I called your name" with no apology. I never heard the guy call my name. I was LIVID. The people working were not hustling one bit or concerned about providing good customer service.

I use to love Papa John's... Until recently... I ordered a chicken Alfredo PASTA bowl on two different occasions and when it was delivered there was NO pasta or Alfredo sauce to be found ?.. just meat & cheese ... I mean if I wanted that it wouldn't be a problem but that is not what I ordered... When you call you get put on hold for 20 minutes and nothing gets resolved so I won't be ordering again. Food great ✔️ service accountability horrible ??

Makes me wait on the phone for 15 min so I decided to order online for delivery- charges me for 2 orders when I ordered 1 then cancels it and says they don’t deliver 5 mins away from the location because it’s "to far" and that I need to come and pick up the order.. i couldn’t leave due to bed rest of having a baby thats why I ordered for delivery. Very disappointed. And appalled.

Probably one of the worse papa john’s in the area. Food quality ranges wildly from okay to terrible depending on which person makes it. Not sure why it varies so much since it’s all made the same way, all day every day.Ordering cheese-sticks is akin to gambling. I’d recommend betting it all on red if you order the tuscan 6 cheese and they actually give it to you with the extra cheeses

I will definitely order from Papa John's again and I hope that I could get the same delivery driver Chris he was so nice and had the best attitude and I will have to check and see if I can request certain drivers to deliver my orders...

Ordered delivery. Prices seem higher than before but what isn’t high in price. Always had great pizza and flavor and will continue to be a loyal Papa John’s customer.
