Workers act like they hate every customer, forget to put food in the bag on several occasions, and it always takes FOREVER to get your order. UPDATE: after coming back the manager told me to my face that i was lying about missing food. I get working fast food isn’t a fun job, but I haven’t done anything to any of the workers and they chose to work there. I feel like a manager should at least have the decency to be polite to customers.

Used coupon to order 10 piece mixed meal with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. When I got home there were zero biscuits!!!

No matter how many times we told them they still got our order wrong. Was so upset when we got home to find out we had all thighs and no breast when we paid for breast. I've never had a problem at a popeys like at this one check your food before you leave.

The potatoes and gravy are normally great ,we went to Diebervill and potatoes and gravy was awful chicken was not cooked all the way even the drinks were bad!!!

Rudest customer service ever. They were aggravated that they had to make my order and couldn't stand around playing on their cell phones all day. If I could give them 0 stars across the board, I would.

I ordered the 3 pieces of chicken for $5. I got 3 spicy breast of chicken. The chicken was hard and old. I couldn't eat the chicken.
I was disappointed that I wasted my money. The quality of food at this restaurant has went down. From on I only order the chicken tenders .

Don't bother. The tenders were like chewing leather, and they gave me bone-in instead boneless. Buying fast food is a gamble and I just lost.

Vegetarian options: The fries and biscuits are vegetarian.. but not much else.

Dietary restrictions: Blackened tenders 5pc and a regular mash and gravy is less than 500 calories, under 400 depending on if they give you sorry little tenders. Not the best option but decent in a pinch.

Kid-friendliness: Sure it's kid-friendly. It's a fast food restaurant.

Went to drive up window. Service was excellent, Chicken was great. We threw away potatoes and cold slaw. Both were not fit for taste.

I sat in line over 1 hour waiting on food. Food still wasn't right. Made my drink wrong 3 times. Nothing but teenagers in there playing

Getting food during rush hour, of course you expect to be waiting in line for a while. But what I didn’t expect was to see two employees inside on their phones at the drive thru window, and 4 employees outside watching 1 of them sprinkler ant killer on an ant pile. Been in line 20 minutes and still haven’t order because that’s what they want to do.

I went inside to place an order, waited for someone to take my order like usual, get it placed. As I hand the money in and get my change back there was one lady who was extremely rude over the fact I asked for my change back. She said as I quote, “We doing all this for some change?” In front of my face. That was extremely rude and uncalled for, she didn’t apologize to me at all as well. I genuinely think that her comment was extremely unnecessary and impolite. I have never experienced such rude customer service from here ever.

Thought I would run in to pickup a quick lunch...3 piece mild dark with fries and tea...got back to office..chicken cold...fries cold...and I asked for half tea and half lemonade...got straight sweet tea...spent 11 dollars and some change...disappointed...
