MADE UP

It took me 40mins to get my food, apparently they messed it up the first time and never bothered to tell me until I asked after waiting patiently for 35 mins. I won’t be coming back. Very disappointed.

Food was decent but took almost an hour to receive our 2 smoothies, and that was after we had already received our soups. Place wasn't even busy. We used the kiosk to place our orders, time stamp 7:33 pm. 20 minutes later, received a text message that our order was complete. That was a lie. We may have received our soups but it t would be another 45 minutes before we received our drinks. Only then would it be true that our order was complete. Overpriced and mediocre customer service. Sad. I remember when this place was great.

Every time I come here the service is terrible! They should just close down at this point!!! People not lying about the long wait for food. The Rep will tell you it will be 5 mins when technically it usually 25 to 30mins everytime.

I honestly don’t understand where all the positive reviews are coming from. Food is mediocre at best, service is slow and the place just feels dirty. We waited for 40 min for my ramen and almost 50 min for a hot tea. When we arrived, not a single table was clean. Most of them were open. We picked the one that was the least dirty. In the time we spent there they wiped a total of 2 tables. The gal that’s taking orders has no clue what’s in any of the dishes. She told me that my ramen would come with green onions, and corn, but instead I got bok Choi. The egg in the soup didn’t taste fresh. My kids liked their sushi, but one got a stomach ache right before we left. Let’s hope it’s not from the food we had here. We are never coming back.

My family visited Quickly Asian Fusion Cafe in D’Iberville on Sunday, July 20, 2025. I ordered 3 items: pan fried dumplings, popcorn chicken bento box and a tonkatsu chicken bento box at 11:45am. When we arrived, the dining room was full. There were 4 parties ahead of us waiting for their orders. My daughter's dumplings came out first, about 10 minutes after we ordered. My husband's popcorn chicken bento box came out 20 minutes after we ordered. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked about our 3rd item. The employee said, “they're working on it.” There were 2-3 orders that were placed after mine that received their orders first. When we mentioned this fact to an employee, they claimed those orders were “pre-orders.” But we had seen 2 groups of customers walked in AFTER us and ordered at the kiosk. There was one order from Uber Eats or Door Dash. After another 15-20 min, my order finally came out. After bringing out my item, the employee asked if I wanted to “dine in” and did NOT offer any apologies for the wait. At this point, the dining room was nearly empty, all other previous parties had left. There were 2 new customers that placed orders. I waited at least 45-50 minutes for my last item. At this point, both my daughter and husband had finished their food.

The employees were dismissive and were more interested in the Grand Opening event going on for Emmay, next door. Several times, several employees walked to the front door of Quickly to look outside. Some of them even stood outside and watched the event for Emmay’s Grand Opening.

The kitchen does not seem equipped to handle a large crowd. We have been here before but when it was less busy. At most, we have waited 10-15 minutes for all of our items to come out. This time, the 3 items that we ordered each came out at drastically different times. The employee that claimed that the other orders that came out before mine were “pre-orders” is FALSE. Why did 2 out of 3 items get completed first if the so-called “pre-orders” were placed before mine?

The customer service was extremely underwhelming and disappointing despite having 3 employees in the front. We noticed they kept looking into the kitchen and walked back and forth between the kitchen and cashier, idling. At no point, did they offer any apologies for the wait and instead made excuses.

Ordered teriyaki chicken bento box and it was so bland couldn’t even eat it! This place used to be good i’m not sure what happened. Will not be coming back here again.

We’ve tried two different places that sell boba milk tea and this is by far the best one! The tapioca pearls taste like they were made in house and the dragon milk tea is so flavorful and aromatic. Gotta try this place! We will be back

We were pretty disappointed with our visit to Quickly Asian Fusion Cafe. I ordered the Short Rib Bento Box, but the short ribs were chewy, cold, and lacked flavor. I also got a mango tea with dragonfruit popping boba, which sounded great but ended up being another letdown.

My boyfriend had the Tonkatsu Chicken Bento Box—he liked the chicken, but that was about it. For two bento boxes and two regular boba teas, we paid over $40, which felt really overpriced considering the quality of the food and drinks.

If you’re looking for good boba and fresh ingredients, I’d recommend Follow Tea instead. They use real fruit and everything tastes much more natural and satisfying. Save your money and skip this spot.

Last two times I've been the service has been rough to say the least. Food was room temp when we got it, waited twice as long for one one persons food, at least it was hot.
