Tonight was my first time here. Its very dark inside and that made me unsure of this place, but I went in anyways, and I had a great experience. I'm terrible with names, but a young man with blonde curly hair helped me choose a roll for takeout. He was very kind and helpful. I went with one of his recommendations, which is the Volcano Roll with spicy mayo. I've never had a baked sushi roll before, and this one slapped so harddd. It was worth $13 + tip. I look forward to coming back. :)

This is the best sushi place in town so far in my personal opinion. Lots of flavor in every roll and the prices are decent. We've been quite a few times and our favorite server, Amber, always gives the best service and welcomes us with a smile. Never felt so comfortable 😌

We went in, sat down and waited 25 minutes never waited on besides drinks … then ignored … there was not a huge crowd there either (we love other RRS) but this one avoid if possible!

I ordered the Thriller Roll for my son. He really enjoyed it. The food was great, along with great prices. The customer service was okay. If we're back in the area, we'd like revisit this location.

Called beforehand to inquire if they had a happy hour deal on certain sushi/appetizers and the gentleman stated he wasn’t sure, placed me on hold to ask someone I’m assuming. When he came back to the phone he stated “we do not have happy hour on sushi, but we have bogo Tuesdays”. I thanked him and hung up. Called back about an hour later to place my coworkers and I orders which consisted of sushi and crab wontons (which happen to be on a LUNCH MENU that’s “special priced”). When we arrived at the restaurant there’s not only a sign outside the door BUT a whole lunch menu that has the items we ordered listed at what I would say was a happy hour or reduced price than the regular price. My verbiage may have been wrong when asking about happy hour, however when i asked why he didn’t mention the lunch menu instead being that it has the items we ordered between 11am-2pm at a lower rate he stated “he doesn’t know much about the lunch menu”. He told me what he said over the phone and wanted to go back and forth. I have been coming to this establishment for a while but took a break when I relocated and I specifically remember that certain items were on a happy hour special or so I thought. Never had an issue when I ordered with the server Meghann(which is phenomenal btw). Jeremy G was the order taker, extremely rude customer service, he was more concerned about me and my coworker asking to separate an order because we had different cards than he was with making sure he informed customers of the specials they carry throughout the day. The establishment was completely empty so I can’t say he was flustered with customers, we were the only customers in the building. Reading other reviews, I definitely see who the culprit is. I never plan to patronize this organization again and I plan to let anyone who asks to take their money elsewhere.

The server Jeremy G was soooo rude & unwelcoming. He treated us like we were a burden and made me & my family & large party for my sister's birthday very uneasy & uncomfortable. He refused to make more tea at 5pm because he said it'd be wasted, he literally watched me enter his tip amount & gave dirty looks the entire time making comments,snickering with sarcasm & charged us for items we didn't even order or receive. Never a thank you, how are yall, is everything OK and wanted to argue when we told him we didn't have items on the ticket. We won't be back & we were frequent regulars
