Our server Erin was perfect. So friendly. Everything was delicious. Our bread lady Ana I think was also wonderful and funny.

the place is lovely to celebrate special occasions. I had the lobster bisque soup and my husband had the bacon steak as appetizers. Our main course was to split the 16oz prime rib. It was at times very chewy but the meat was seasoned very well. The au gratin potatoes were delicious. It was lovely to hear the singer sing the old standards. Several couples got up and danced

Wonderful dining experience. We will he back next month. Staff were very attentive, food was delicious.

I’m from the Chicago area, so I have thick skin when it comes to customer service attitudes—but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. When I asked for a table for two, the host asked if we had a reservation. I said no and politely asked if one was required, even offering to make one if needed. He snapped back rudely, saying, “It would help if you did,” in an extremely dismissive tone.

What made it worse is that this happened around 12:30 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Despite seeing almost every table available, we were given an extremely long wait time that made no sense.

The attitude and lack of professionalism were enough for us to leave. We are in town for the week and were actually considering staying at the hotel as well, but after that horrible first impression, we won’t be returning.

Management really needs to reconsider who they have greeting guests—first impressions matter, and this one was terrible.

Food was very good and the restaurant was nicely decorated.I didn't like sitting at the huge round table that sit 12 people or more. We were only 3 adults, 1 infant and my 8 year old granddaughter. Sitting was awkward.

Prime rib was cooked to perfection and had excellent taste. French onion soup was phenomenal and served piping hot. Service was great with Michael.

We had the best time. We got there and were seated right away. Our server was really sweet. She arrived quickly and our food was served quickly. The eggs Benedict with the crabcake was phenomenal. We also got the country fried steak, knowing we couldn't eat everything. So we brought that meal home along with a gigantic cinnamon bun and a cheesecake order. We ate the rest for dinner and snacks. It was so delicious.

We always have a great meal at this restaurant. We have celebrated many holidays and birthdays there. The only complaint I have this year is that the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menu was misrepresented on the website. The Dessert was not available on Christmas Eve. I was looking forward to that special item.

Scarlets steak and seafood consistently serves excellent steak and seafood cooked to perfection and served hot. The steak was the perfect temperature, flavor and tenderness. Both the halibut and redfish were cooked to perfection, the redfish is a great value as it is served with grits and some of the best asparagus I've tasted in quite a while. The creole sauce has both sausage and crawfish with a very nice flavor. The lump crabmeat also a delicious enhancement to perfectly cooked fish. Scarlets has the best bread basket on the coast including standard rolls, pretzel rolls, jalapeño cornbread etc. The service is always attentive and pleasant in a nice atmosphere for couples, families and friends . Michael recommended the vegetable of the day, honey roasted Brussel sprouts simply delicious. Michael and the server assistant, Taylor, were right on time every time with drink refills, dish removal and most importantly welcoming professional service.

The food was great, all the dishes came out hot and were timed perfectly. The service was just a bit slower than we had liked. Didn't seem like the restaurant was super full, but maybe they were short staff that day. Overall a nice experience and would recommend!

The fried green tomatoes were excellent. The entree was extremely cold. The top of the dish was lukewarm but through it was cold. The server did offer to reheat the meal. I declined, I was disappointed. The restaurant was not busy so I'm not sure why the food was served cold.

I mentioned that it was my husband's birthday when I made the reservation and most restaurants will generously bring out a slice of dessert however they did not acknowledge my request about it being his birthday which was unfortunate because I really wanted to make his night super special.

The Scarlet Pearl steakhouse, formula for was exceptionally good. The service was fantastic. The atmosphere was great highly recommend Scarlet Pearl Casino steakhouse.
