Scarlets steak and seafood consistently serves excellent steak and seafood cooked to perfection and served hot. The steak was the perfect temperature, flavor and tenderness. Both the halibut and redfish were cooked to perfection, the redfish is a great value as it is served with grits and some of the best asparagus I've tasted in quite a while. The food was great, all the dishes came out hot and were timed perfectly. The service was just a bit slower than we had liked. Didn't seem like the restaurant was super full, but maybe they were short staff that day. Overall a nice experience and would recommend!
The fried green tomatoes were excellent. The entree was extremely cold. The top of the dish was lukewarm but through it was cold. The server did offer to reheat the meal. I declined, I was disappointed. The restaurant was not busy so I'm not sure why the food was served cold.
