horrible. they didn't let me make my order, i knew what i wanted and they didn't make because they were "closing in 30 secounds" no your not. i know what i want . make my order it's your job. hate this place , i don't go here for a reason. horrible employees.

I don't like to leave bad reviews for places but I'll make an exception. I would like for people to be aware that this Starbucks is just not worth stopping at. Please understand that I visit Starbucks about 3 times a week at varying locations. My main issue is the staff. On multiple occasions I have placed mobile orders, showed up at or after the time that the app tells me to, and the staff is rude saying we should have given them more time before showing up. I want to stress that all we do is show up and say we have an order, and they get rude. We never say anything negative. It's even worse when the drive through is empty. To top it off the drinks are only mediocre. Just wanted to share my experience. These typically happen in late evening. Just keep it in mind before going.

Maybe the girl cashier was having a bad day. No smile. No “have a good day” No “okay your items will be done shortly.” I don’t know if the guy was in training or something, but she was correcting him while he was making my order and she wasn’t very supportive of him. What a bummer.

Ran in this morning 10/22/24 about 9 to grab a quick bite to eat and a PSL. Very friendly ladies work here, and extremely quick service. Much better than the stand-alone Starbucks across the street!!!!

They can’t get the drink correct. I’m so tired of paying for a drink that was made incorrectly. I was in California for a month and they got my drink correct ever day but not at the D’Iberville Starbucks they get it wrong every time and not to mention they think it’s okay to strain your drink when I order no berries and they forget and strain the drink but leave seeds. It’s not okay, make another drink. The do not pour the Starbucks way. The refreshers are all water and pink drinks all milk.

The ladies working tonight on Mothers Day was amazing. They were very busy and still so sweet. They didn't let the people complaining get to them and still kept a smile on their faces. Our drinks was absolutely awesome as always. Thank you ladies.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. It's difficult to get a decaf that has flavor from other area coffee places. Here it tastes robust. Just because a person can't have caffeine doesn't mean they should sacrifice flavor. Service is hit or miss. I understand that because they're busy. However, a smile costs nothing.
