Customer service from the guys who run the closing shift is phenomenal. I've come in twice now and they both were patient ( 2 young daughters ) and went way out of their way to make sure the 3 of us were happy. Management pay attention these are the types of team members you want to take care of to keep them around.
Food was as good as it can be being subway all the toppings were in stock and fresh. Only thing I didn't like was the infrastructure of the building and that's not on them.
The date is 03/12/25 I’m shouting out the two guys working. Customer service was great and not knowing tipping for subway is a normal thing so I declined. I won’t again. They were great and I think whoever reads this should figure out the two guys are And let them k now they are doing GREAT. Also our sandwich’s were AWSOME.

Ordered an online meal, came in received my meal mistakenly did not check and drove home. Absolutely nothing was correct they switched the sandwiches around. When I drove all the way back there they informed me that they ran out of the bread they were supposed to use. And then the worker continued to constantly get the order wrong while reading off a receipt in front of us. The workers excuse “sorry we’ve been busy” there isn’t one person in this parking lot either time I’ve pulled up….
They gave us raw bacon on a blt. Then hung up on me for complaining. I already tipped them bc it was online. If I could take the tip back I would!

Walked in at 7:50. Was told abruptly that they were closed. Even though the door and online said 10:00. There was a customer sitting at a table eating his sandwich. There was only 2 of us with no one waiting. When asked why they were closed so early he said it was only him working and his manager said “ do what you need to do”. It was 2 hours before closing and no one was in the store. That’s poor management. Isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had here. We won’t be back. Wouldn’t leave the 1 star but you have to post a comment. I never take the time to right a review but this was an exception.

They told me they couldn’t accept a coupon that said valid at all U.s. locations. That is illegal and unacceptable. The workers also made me uncomfortable the girl kept staring at me that wasn’t making my sandwich. Will not be coming back to this location.

Flies are everywhere: on food , on all surfaces. The old woman who makes sandwiches was very unempathetic. The was making a sandwich with one hand and with another was getting rid of flies from the food. Gross!! Calling the manager and supervisor: this place needs to be cleaned and disinfected. Never saw a Subway this way before! This is not Subway standards to keep business this way!

One person was working, and when we went in no one was in the building for about 3 minutes. Not a friendly person or friendly service. The bathroom was so very dirty. The cookies were old, and the bread was stale. This is my usual choice in a Subway location, but I think I need to find another location.

Their new wrap (if you want to call it that) is horrible!!! Taste like powder and resembles a thickness of a skinny pita. I would not be surprised if it has some vegan ingredients...aka Cauliflower.
It was so bad I couldn't eat half of it before throwing it away.
