Walked in here on Jan 3rd & Got Treat So Good By The Young Man That Was On Shift Right Before Closing. He helped me make decisions to get sandwiches that was great and affordable for me and my son.

Large Caucasian woman with glasses. Slung my sandwich together like she was folding clothes. To much, mayo, mustard overload on the toppings. To much salt very nasty attitude.
I don’t know who we were dealing with hopefully not the manager. She had blue hair and we asked for three wraps, one of them being the Philly cheesesteak wrap she made the wrap and I noticed she didn’t eat the meat or the wrap. I asked her and she said we don’t do that now I know you do that because we buy Philly cheesesteaks there all the time who eats a Philly cheesesteak with cold meat and cold cheese. You better get this one out cause she’s gonna bankrupt you.
Customer service from the guys who run the closing shift is phenomenal. I've come in twice now and they both were patient ( 2 young daughters ) and went way out of their way to make sure the 3 of us were happy. Management pay attention these are the types of team members you want to take care of to keep them around.
Food was as good as it can be being subway all the toppings were in stock and fresh. Only thing I didn't like was the infrastructure of the building and that's not on them.
We went to buy subs for the family.We had a coupon.The employees told us they werent allowed to take coupons. He told us all other stores take them.But they are not allowed to, He said it is owner s choice. But the coupons don't say that. And I believe the employee .I met the owner before he's a jerk.The employee told me all other stores take them.
The date is 03/12/25 I’m shouting out the two guys working. Customer service was great and not knowing tipping for subway is a normal thing so I declined. I won’t again. They were great and I think whoever reads this should figure out the two guys are And let them k now they are doing GREAT. Also our sandwich’s were AWSOME.

Ordered an online meal, came in received my meal mistakenly did not check and drove home. Absolutely nothing was correct they switched the sandwiches around. When I drove all the way back there they informed me that they ran out of the bread they were supposed to use. And then the worker continued to constantly get the order wrong while reading off a receipt in front of us. The workers excuse “sorry we’ve been busy” there isn’t one person in this parking lot either time I’ve pulled up….
They gave us raw bacon on a blt. Then hung up on me for complaining. I already tipped them bc it was online. If I could take the tip back I would!
