This has got to be the worst meatball sub ive ever gotten. Its tiny. Its cold. Theres not sauce at all..its so cold the cheese isn't even melting. I pay 8 bucks for a sandwich plus door dash fee I expect something at least decent. This is so sad. Subway in walmart is horrible. All our subs are pathetic excuses for subs. Its late we're starving and all have worked 12 hours today. So we're gonna eat. But god people..DO BETTER!! DONT think they'll ever get my business again. Ridiculous..such a disappointment. Making a meatball sub isn't that hard.

Sign says they open at 830 but I waited till 940 and watched the two workers walk out of Walmart. I decided to walked to Whataburger and eat there instead. As I walked up to Whataburger I seen the two subway workers walk out with food and the guy just smiled at me because he knew I was waiting at subway. I don't know who owns this location but they really need to hire new people.

The managers of this place opened up 3 hours late. Very poor communication skills. Very rude and unprofessional. Ive stopped by in the afternoon and the employees making 7.25 have better work ethic than the actual managers. I used to work at subway and I can assure you the prep takes maybe a hour.

The woman who took care of me and my dad was absolutely amazing, she made all of our food exactly the way we wanted it and in a timely manner! She was super polite!! I believe her name was charlotte, please give that woman a raise, she deserves it big time!

It took 7 mins to get someone to come to the counter. The girls were on their phones playing around while a line formed behind me. They finally came to the counter. They had been sitting in the back for 7 mins! I ordered a pretzel and an icee. The girl rung me up for $7+ for the order. I paid. She then said they did not have coke icees after all. I said could I get a refund. She said no. I said then can I have another drink of some kind or a gift card for the amount of the iccee. She said "we don't do that". I said, "not even a drink of lesser value?" She rung me up for another drink and told me I had to pay $3.50 for this new drink. I said, "I already paid for my drink and did not get anything. I can't pay for another drink". She got mad and gave me a cherry iccee that I can't have due to the red additive. Because of the long line I took it even though I couldn't drink it. She gave me a cold pretzel and called for next in line.

Food is decent, the people working there are rude and not clean. Lady played on her phone in between making my sandwich and was taking pictures of her and her coworker. Questioned the food I was getting to me. The food is the same as it’s subway but the whole vibe is weird. I’ve gone another time before and no one showed up behind the counter for five or so minutes.

I came to have lunch on my hour break, and the girl told me she was new it was her first day, and said her manager left her and would be back in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes she offered to try and make my sandwich and she was so nervous then someone else showed up for work and said he was so sorry he was late for work. My option the manager should have never left this young lady alone it was very unprofessional.
A new girl was taking my order. The other lady, walked in and started getting aggressive, acted like she didn't want to be there, much less help her because she was having issues and asking questions. Then proceeded to tell either me, or her, to brush our teeth. And laughed and walked off. Came back when time to checkout and almost refused me my 2.34 in change expecting me to leave it in the tip jar. Which I absolutely would have, and usually do leave my Change. But even the new girl that started working was upset about the teeth comment she basically shut down and refused to talk to me the rest of the service. The lady with the half shaved head and dreads on top needs to be let go. She was so rude and I felt almost embarrassed for even asking for some things on my husband's sandwich. I couldn't even believe how rude she was. And as soon as I checked out, she walked off throughout the walmart. 5/22/23 around 5 p.m.

I always come to this subway after picking up a few things from Walmart and just dine in before I go home to get ready for work. The tall guy with the full beard is always the nicest, and he makes the best sandwiches!! They aren’t sloppy and everything falling out when I un wrap it. He’s definitely the best Sandwich Artist!!!
