Dirty. Not cleaned well. Chips for nacho cheese were scarce and wouldn’t give us more when they had plenty. The screen advertises the strawberry freeze but they don’t actually have it. Recommend not going to this Taco Bell

This used to be the best Taco Bell on the coast, but recently I’ve stopped going as much although it’s convenient and right next to my job, I go through the drive thru around 9-11pm when I do go, there’s always a small black girl manager at the window that is not friendly, and I’ve ordered grilled cheese burritos two days in a row without chipotle sauce and it always has it, also tonight they didn’t put the cheese on the outside at all and the structure of the burrito was all wrong like the person making it had no idea how to make it, also they keep telling me to drive around the building and go through the drive thru again because they don’t have my food ready. Tacky and poorly managed, the service during the day is fantastic idk if it’s just because the manager doesn’t know how to handle a crew or what. Very disappointing.

Friendly cashier. Food was ready quick. That's about it. Very poor quality ingredients so that's what it tastes like. The hardshell taco had a very strange smell. Couldn't eat it. Taco Bell at least used to be cheap. As far as what I recommend. I recommend going somewhere else.

I would have gave them 5 stars but my taco was upside down in the bottom of the bag so when I picked it up all of the stuff stayed in the bottom of the bag.

I’ve been here for 6 months and I visit probably once every two weeks. There’s probably been ONE TIME where my food was up to standard. The tacos are always stale and skimpy with lettuce. They usually get my burrito flavor wrong, asked for it spicy, got it avocado.

This job isn’t hard, this isn’t a busy location… I worked at Taco Bell for 5 years, in high school and early college, it’s a fairly simple job. I just don’t understand.

Customer service was great and it came out instantly but I order 2 quesadillas and a crunch wrap and got 1 and 1/2 quesadillas I’m fixing too contact them now too see if they can fix it but this it ridiculous how does this even happen
Edit- they did not answer now I’m stuck with half a quesadilla

Occasional mishaps are understandable, but this location fell short of expectations. Out of about 9 items, my family received only 5. I reported the error and called the restaurant, but my call went unanswered. Despite my team informing the manager, she never acknowledged my presence. It’s disappointing, but I suppose this is the norm in the fast-food industry.

Just spent $27 for someone to screw up my lunch. The person taking orders seems extremely distracted and even though I specifically asked for not supreme on one order and no sour cream on the second one I ended up with a whole bag of very much supreme (a pile of sour cream). I live to far away for it to be worth going back, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I will not be back to this location! Thanks for ruining my lunch!
