The food was cold, the staff kick me out and the uber driver out and was giving me attitude like who does she think she is?? Saw roaches everywhere disgusting. Do NOT come to this Taco Bell location. There was two worker there was a white girl with a blonde bun and a black person we came on December 30th, we came at 10:00pm.

The food is pretty good and the employees are nice at this Taco Bell in Diberville. I do have a problem with them getting my order right. Like I went there a couple of weeks ago and ordered quite a bit of food. When I got home and separated everything and gave each of us what we ordered, I didn't receive all my order. Everything was on my receipt, but not in the bag. So I will check what's in my bag to make sure I get everything I ordered from now on.

Recommended dishes: Quesadilla, Nachos, 2 Chicken Chalupas Supreme Combo, Nacho Fries, Chicken Quesadilla, Steak Quesadilla, Ground Beef Burrito, Crunchy Taco

I ordered 36 dollars worth of food tried to pay then had to go break bill I had because they couldn't give change back. Which that I can understand. Until I went got it broken at the gas station came back to get the food. Got home all my husband's food was in there but mine was missing. I called explained the issue she confirmed twice no rice. Got home to bite into the wrong order after having to drive all the way up there and get to the window someone saying pull around and wait. I had to let them know I hadn't ordered I just needed to pick up the item I called about 15 mins prior. I pull around to have to wait for a meal that was wrong when I got home. I would try to be understanding but I give a little bit of time to try ordering there again and my meal is either wrong or missing an item every single time. This probably the 5th time. A few other times it was via doordash and I had to get credits. This time I'm just so over it I am not even gonna bother going back. It's a disappointment everytime.

It was an absolute disaster. The Drive through employee that was wearing heart shaped hoop earrings I believe was extremely rude to multiple customers and screaming at employees. There was a lot of people's orders messed up and the poor employees looked exhausted with her behavior. She needs to go through serious re-training. There is no excuse for this behavior. One of the other employees took the blame for her rudeness towards me and apologized but it was obvious it was the that girl once we came inside to check on our order as she was rude once again. My order ended up wrong anyways in the end.

The place was very messy and dirty with trash all over the floor. Almost everytime I go there they mess up my order. One of the bathroom doors in the womens bathroom wouldn't close and it was just disgusting in there. They are also out of a lot of items on the menu when I go. The food is not that good to me.

Edit: last time I’m ever going there they can’t get anything right for the life of them and are more worried about having conversations with the cars in front of the speaker, cutting me off to talk to them when their microphone isn’t turned off at all.

these people are lazy as hell especially when you try and doordash something from there they never pay attention to what there giving you, and end up giving you the wrong item that you didn’t ask for or just half ass do there job with the food. it’s actually insane definitely need to get better employees or shut the whole damn thing down

Staff is unprofessional. Gave us someone else’s food, and then took it back to then give us a bag with missing items. When we walked in after waiting for our missing items we were greeted with rude workers yelling and arguing with each other. Did not get a refund or our food, will not be back.

If I wanted I flat tortilla I would have just made this at home!?!? This is the isn’t first time I got a number 4 and it come flat as a pancake I didn’t spend 15$ on food that doesn’t get made properly I worked at taco bell for 4 years we never in my life served food this kinda food?🤦🏽‍♀️

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible very unprofessional staff, me and my husband ordered and some how it took our money but they said the order did not go through, well you sure took the last 40 I had and the general manager kay or whatever was so unprofessional and ignorant she should not be in customer service or management for that matter and yo get out money back now we have to go through corporate shame shame!!!
