My boyfriend and I went to Tasty Pot on January 10th, we order two build your owns. The first time they brought us food it was completely wrong. And when they fixed it half the hot pot contents were missing. We decided to just not worry about it. As I am eating my throat starts to feel funny. I have a nut allergy. I asked our waiter to go see if there were any nuts in the building for fear of cross-contamination, he imformed me they seasoned my broth with a peanut sseasoning.They made us pay and were no help when we asked for a number or some form of contact to report this to a boss or manager. Thankfully I was able to get my medicine, it was only a small amount in my food and I didn't eating much of it. I did throw up later which happens when I eat peanuts. That and a itchy tight throat.
Please be sure to always voice your allergies, I didn't but I've never heard of a hot pot with peanut seasoning!!

i rated food 4/5 only because the lobster in the seafood bowl tasted not so great after having lobster at outback about a week ago. it was hard to stomach the one they served me tonight. but everything else was perfect!

The food was unseasoned and bland even with every single seasoning that is at the table (there are several). The cheese dish was only cheese flavored water and was not palatable. The portions are great though. But the worst part is inhaling the heater fumes while trying to eat and left a terrible taste in our mouth an hour later.

We found this Resturant about 3 months ago. We really love the concept and the food is amazing. However, they have a serious problem with employees. We have attempted to eat there 4 times but only succeeded twice due to employee incompetence. The first occasion we purposely passed up an option to go to the scarlet pearl as posted operating hours showed it closing at 11:00 pm. We arrived at exactly 10:35 pm to be told by what appears to be a lazy non motivated team that it was too late and we could only get take out. We left. Our next experience was last light when we attempted to have a nice meal before our movie. We budgeted over an hour for the eating. We were promptly seated and our server was again a young team who in my opinion was very slow. Mentally. We placed our order and watched several other customers get their food who entered after us. I finally asked to check on our food at which point I was told by our seemingly brain dead team server that he forgot to hit enter and our order had not been placed. Needless to say say we had to leave or miss our movie That is strike 2. Normally that would be it but we like the food and the concept. So probably give them one more chance but they need to address the server staff or we won’t be back. Hopefully the management will see this and take action. Clay.

We loved our meals at Tasty Pot! I got the seafood hotpot and my husband got the kimchi.. Appetizer trio and calamari was good too. Kids loved the boba and the little store. Our server was a total sweetheart and boxed our food for us, that extra step of service was special and really makes a difference. Keep up the good work!

My family went here for my birthday and it was my choosing. So excited to try this restaurant. The service was good. Ambiance was good. Presentation of the hot pots looks delicious...but...the beef they used looks and taste like it had been chewed previously. The lamb meat didn't have any flavor and looked old and dry. Price was high but food just sucked. Not going back again.
I usually love this place and rave about it. However, when I decided to come here with family and friends for my birthday, it was awful. The waitress was very sweet, and everything started off great. We ordered our food, and two out of the five drinks were wrong. No big deal, we then got served our food. As it got delivered, a ROACH crawled out of the seats we were sitting in. My friend then found hair in her food as well. It got worse when we took our food to go, since while the soup was being reheated, my friend found another DEAD ROACH IN HER FOOD. I am absolutely livid as this dinner was $100+. This used to be a favorite, but I do not know if I'll be back.

Got beef broth with no spice on uber eats and when i got my meal it was spicy. Dont get uber eats from here. You cant get your order fixed.
