My family went here for my birthday and it was my choosing. So excited to try this restaurant. The service was good. Ambiance was good. Presentation of the hot pots looks delicious...but...the beef they used looks and taste like it had been chewed previously. The lamb meat didn't have any flavor and looked old and dry. Price was high but food just sucked. Not going back again.

I usually love this place and rave about it. However, when I decided to come here with family and friends for my birthday, it was awful. The waitress was very sweet, and everything started off great. We ordered our food, and two out of the five drinks were wrong. No big deal, we then got served our food. As it got delivered, a ROACH crawled out of the seats we were sitting in. My friend then found hair in her food as well. It got worse when we took our food to go, since while the soup was being reheated, my friend found another DEAD ROACH IN HER FOOD. I am absolutely livid as this dinner was $100+. This used to be a favorite, but I do not know if I'll be back.

Ordered on UberEats food was spicy and did not taste very good. Ordered two drinks only one arrived unsure if that was delivery but worth mentioning. Would not recommend.

Different than other Hotpot places I have been to. Here the food is cooked before it's brought to you. Portion size is fantastic, and the price was good. My wife was on the fence about eating here because it was hot out, when we left she was already planning our next visit.

We made our first trip there about 2 months ago and have almost weekly since. Different than the same old burgers, fries or pizza. A nice change.

Loved the hotpot we ordered! I forgot the name of it but it’s the last one on the bottom right corner that has the lobster. It’s big enough for two people to split. We also added quail eggs and golden fish balls. It was super good and the broth was a mix of spicy and sour. I wish they had an endless hotpot option. Even so, this was delicious!

Tried it out to take hubby for a treat for Memorial Day, definitely wasn’t disappointed. If you want something classic, get the beef hot pot. I would do the build your own in case your picky though. (Which is what I did.) Our server named Trinity was very kind and attentive, and service was quick. I recommend the taro milk tea it tastes like fruity pebbles, my kids would probably love it.

We were surprised by all the exotic choices the Tasty Pot had to offer; our waitress, Olivia, was very knowledgeable about the menu items, and helped us make great selections. The prices were reasonable, and both the teas and entrees were really good. The family thoroughly enjoyed the desserts. They even have toys and snacks if you want to buy a souvenir.

We had a lovely Mother’s Day dinner, I am OBSESSED with the sichuan hotpot. We had a server named Trinity and she was the sweetest and helped with figuring out the menu since it was our first time. The Mother’s Day special was so nice and helped cut down the budget, but it was still quite expensive. Skip appetizers if you want something cheaper. Overall it was clean, the food was great, and the service was excellent it was 80 for 3 people

The waiter, Destin, was talking to seated individuals in plain site and ignored us for a solid five mins. He then came and seated us and it took 30 mins to get drinks or food. It was delivered and the tea and food were mediocre, and they didn’t bring my 7 year old son’s food. Since the waiter disappeared for 15 more mins I had to wave him down and ask about his food and destin was like ‘ohh it didn’t go through’ and went to place the order. By the time my youngest food arrived we were completely done eating. He said it would be 2 mins but it was another 10. The food was not great, the service was an absolute joke. If the food was better we may have just let the horrible service go but this is a place I will never go again, which sucks because we were excited to try it.

One star is too much for this place. The service if you can even call it that is bad. The waiter is more worried about taking to his friends than his job. I think he is high because he forgot to put in the order for my youngest kid which he said would be ready in 2 minutes but took ten. The food is the worst. It tastes like they just dumped everything into its own corners and did not mix it at all. If I thought anyone here was old enough to be a manager I would have complained to them. I would ask the waiter, Destin, but he is appears to be hiding.
