We went there for the first time and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is spotless and relaxing, the food is sooo delicious and gorgeously presented, Caleb is outstanding!!! We love it 100%.

Tonight was my second bad experience at this place. To start they have one party table, a three top and a two top (us) after being seated we waited for almost 10 minutes before getting up and leaving. We didn’t even leave because of that. Another two top was seated right in front of us and got service IMMEDIATELY… I’m a server and I could handle all of those tables ALONE and have no issues. You guys need to do better. If you’re struggling with one party table and 3 small tables you should look into hiring better servers or hire a manager who knows what he/she is doing. So disappointing that they also expect 20% gratuity for horrible service as well..

The food was delicious. Came out hot and stayed that way until you put the flame out under the pot. I had seafood dish. But there are many options. Service was excellent and I loved the passion fruit black tea with Boba. Very refreshing. We will go again when back on the coast!

Absolutely a good experience for HotPot. You can pick whatever you feel like eating. They have it cooked for you. The price is affordable and the food is fresh. The server is a tall black guy that was amazing in keeping perfect for our dining experience. Portion are perfect as well. Again the server should get a raise for explaining the food and getting it out to us so fast. 10/10 above 5 star. We will definitely return again!

The food selections are great! Flavor on the Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Soup was amazing. You spend 30 minutes eating and still find new ingredients in the soups. Every ingredient is very clearly listed for those with allergies or sensitivties. Imani was an amazing server. She was so sweet and patient with us as first time customers. The jasmine mango tea with jelly was a great drink. Overall I would recommend everyone try this place.
Vegetarian options: Everything can be made vegetarian. From the broth to the protein and add ons. There are numerous options to pick from.
Kid-friendliness: The hot pots are safe with an enclosed flame. Children should still be supervised but our toddler was fine.

I had the cheesey hot pot with added rice cakes and the Fire under your pot stays lit for quite a while while you eat. The Thai milk tea is delicious and sweet. It comes in this adorable, reusable cup that is to die for!
The to go bowls and utensils are so cute as well! The entire experience is just WOW!
