I went for the first time and they were very rude. I asked for a sample and they didn’t offer, which I understand. However, their response to me explaining that the snowball was flavorless and not true to the flavor, was for them to complain to the next customer about me. They definitely lost a faithful customer in my mom who would go everyday.

I let the girl who takes orders at sweet dulce know that I come often whenever I come to Mississippi (I’m from Louisiana) , and that usually their snowballs are juicy but the last time I got it, it was really icy and had very little juice. the girl taking orders just said I could ask for extra juice, but I dont want extra. I just wanted it to ACTUALLY have juice. then I got my snowball and it was icy with very little juice again. i don’t want to have to stop recommending this place to others and stop coming but I would just appreciate if they made sure it was juicy. there was a lot of white on top my snowball as well showing the lack of juice.

I went there for the first and last time today. I ordered a chocolate cream snoball with condensed milk. That was the nastiest chocolate I’ve EVER had in one. When I explained to the person at the counter that this wasn’t the chocolate that I was expecting, and asked for a different flavor(I almost threw up it was so bad), I was told that they’d take that one that I literally took 1 sip of), but I’d have to pay for another one. What happened to customer service and valuing the customer? I will never be back.

The people are really sweet. I got the blue raspberry sno cone and the ice was really soft and crunchy . My mom got tigers blood + pineapple with strawberries and cream on top , the strawberries were fresh and sweet (no pic of that sorry) . I recommend ??
