Thank goodness for the guests around to distract from the chaos and absolutely terrible service. Poor man next to me was already there when we arrived. I continue to have a great experience at this Waffle House! Our server, Shannon, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. The food was delicious—fresh, hot, and exactly what we were craving. It’s not often you get both excellent service and great food at the same time, but Shannon really made this visit stand out.
