Absolutely horrible. Had one bite and threw it away. The breakfast baconator seems like it should be made with a burger. If not, call it a sausage baconator, the potatoes were cold and sad. Threw it away

Been to this location multiple times and your orders are always missing items and their chilli is mostly beans not meat like other locations they need to slow down and check the orders before they go out.

This place is great. Not sure why it's mixed reviews. Walked into a clean, and very friend atmosphere. Jerry is a GREAT addition to this team. I'm new to the area and having a friendly welcoming person at the front counter is what any management and owner should wish for! I review places regularly and this place is 10/10!!!! Great job!!! Everyone here is so nice!!!!!

Should have learned the last time fries and burgers were cold. Had to go back thru drive thru and wait while they brought out hot fries. Drinks ordered were too sweet to drink.

They have a great menu...good variety at a competitive price...good kids menu .love their chili...the staff was attentive as possible...it was very busy im the drive thru when I arrived.
It was TERRIBLE! I have never seen a more disorganized crew. No one greeted me or talked to me. Three employees ran past me l'm guessing to avoid any contact with me. Im pretty sure one was the manager. I stood in line for over half an hour (12:22-12:55) and could not wait any longer because I had to go back to work without any lunch along with my coworker who placed an online order and was not placed in the pickup. Other people I line also gave up and left before reaching the register. I saw an employee give a pickup order to a customer to place in the pickup bin, which feels kind of unsanitary to me, as I was watching for my coworker's bag. I don't understand why this is acceptable by management, but I have never been more mistreated in an establishment by far. I normally don't leave a bad review because I understand we all have bad days, but this is just too poor of service to justify. Never recommending Wendy's for lunch again.

so ive gone to this wendys for awhile now, and i get the same thing, 10 count chicken nugget meal with large french fries and a large soda, and i also get an extra 10 count chicken nugget. i swear every single time they miss something or misplace something. tonight i ordered my usual and instead of getting 2 sets of my 10 count chicken nuggets with large fries, i got 2 sets of large fries and ONE 10 count chicken nugget, and its always messed up! whether its forgetting the nuggets, wrong drink, not right size of fries, nuggets, or drink. or the lids are never fully on. horrible awful service but pretty good food, most of the staff is welcoming and nice but theres a few workers that are snobby and for sure not fitted to work in customer service. by the way i always go through drive thru, i dont even know if its good inside or not. but i just dont want to worry about checking my bag of food before leaving because i dont trust this place to ever get my order(s) right!
