Stopped here specifically for a baked potato. They are out of potatoes. Ordered chili instead and a biggie bag for my wife. Wife's burger was stone cold. Chili was luke warm. 2 booths over was a couple with 3 preschool children, all of whom were screaming, throwing food and generally raising hell. Won't go back there again.Kid-friendliness: Too kid friendly. Should be a point where you ask the parents to at least move to a less crowded part of the restaurant.

Went to the drive food and ordered on our way out of town. Looked in our bag and realized part of our order was missing. Parked and went inside to the counter and this girl just stood there staring at me and finally said “yes?” I told her what was left out flog my drive through order and she turned around and went to get the items… handed them to me and I said thank you. Not once did she apologize or anything…. I’m not a big negative review poster…. But that’s just unacceptable….

Went inside to order, did not even acknowledge us! Stood at the front to order for 20 minutes several workers made eye contact. Finally someone said they would be with us soon, still sat there for 10 minutes. We decided to leave and will NEVER be back!!!

I understand that condiments in Togo orders can be expensive and increase the food cost, but is it necessary to deny customers extra sauce? There should be an option to pay for additional sauce if desired. Personally, I believe that the sauce is what makes Wendy's chili delicious and enjoyable. If I cannot choose how much sauce to use and it is predetermined for me, then I would prefer not to order it. My recommendation would be for Wendy's to focus on improving their customer service and increasing customer satisfaction ratings but that's just me ?
