I have no idea why this location is rated this high. We were blatantly ignored at the drive-thru and when we pulled up to the window, we watched the employees walking around and no one would come to the drive thru window. Why even have a location open 24/7 if the workers, if you want to call them that, don't want to work? A perfect example of how everything is run in the horrible mid south!!

This is a good whataburger. Usually my first stop in Mississippi you can get your fix right off the highway, easy in and out. Staff always helpful, courteous, and friendly.

Workers have great attitude early in the morning to late night
Uncomfortably cold in the building, cold enough to call it torture if you have to sit down and eat. I'm not a fan of mustard but that was the only condiment on my burger and a bunch of it too. I added ketchup but the mustard was over powering it.

PROs: Food was very good. Sheila was great and super welcoming when we walked into the establishment. She is a positive person & gave great service when she brought our food out. We enjoyed our food & otherwise had a good time.
CONS: The store was a little messy when we dined in. Trash was overfilled but someone was working on emptying trash cans. He did forget one trash can. Some of the seating areas needed cleaning as people obviously didn’t clean up after themselves as they should. Tables needed a wipe down.
There was more of a wait for our food after ordering. About 15 minutes. Longer than what I’m used to as I’m from Texas and it is usually about 5 minutes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Seriously, very time I go…it take AT LEAST 25 mins to get food. And it will literally be a ONE honey butter chicken biscuit. Every time I go, someone drives off mad in the drive through (besides me). I seriosuly don’t know what their problem is. FIX THE MANAGEMENT!
They have some of the best burgers in the area.
