“Current store manager has been with the company for years. She was over the Laurel Pizza Hut until they moved her back down due to complaints about this location.We had an online order (they do not personally deliver as much anymore - goes through Doordash) where the driver took an 45 minutes to deliver and both us and the store was keeping an eye on where this driver was going. Driver ended up stopping outside of town for 40 minutes and the store manager reported this person directly to doordash for wasting both ours and another customer's time.They ended up remaking both orders so it would be hot.If you EVER have an issue, Just speak to Janet. She'll get you fixed up.“
“Stopped by for a quick bite. It was refreshing that after driving all day (driving from Texas to Massachusetts) we received excellent service and great pizza! My kids love it and the lady that took our drive thru order was so helpful and nice.“

I was so surprised, I had heard this location was really good & it's all true!???Who else has delish hot chicken ?ready at TEN IN THE MORNING??!! Let me tell you, it was truly a hit! “I've been eating here for a long time & I have Never had a bad experience. The food is Always Hot & Fresh and the Service is superior. The prices are fair and if you don't get here early then good luck. Last Dragon fills up quickly especially on a weekend.“

“Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this chicken finger. While the flavor doesn't jump out, the airy crisp more than makes up for it. They say their "sauce is boss". Eh. I'm not much of a sauce guy but I would try the honey mustard with some hot sauce next time and see.“
“We went with our Jeep group to dinner here for the first time. It was great and the people were super friendly. The steaks are awesome and so was the brisket. The mac-n-cheese could use some work but everything thing else made up for it. We will definitely go back again!“
“Visited via the drive-thru on Monday March 11 while in Laurel, MS. Staff was wonderful! Neither of us could hear each other clearly over the "squawk -box" so she asked me to pull up to the window. She (didn't get this beautiful Sistah's name) was wonderful at guiding me through the menu, suggesting items, and explaining the different sauces. Food is great! Well-seasoned meats and vegetables. My friend and I had one of our best meals in Laurel at Dickey's BBQ Pit!“
“Papa John's in Laurel Ms. Is the best Papa John's I ever had. The pizza was delicious, cooked to perfection. The whole team worked together in complete harmony. What a team. The manager Lenora was such a sweet, friendly person. The staff was friendly smiling, and efficient and I loved the whole vibe the restaurant had. I travel two cities over to order from this Papa John's because I know I will get my food fresh, hot, and exactly the way I love it! Kudos to the whole team. You all are A++++“
“I got a deliver deal. The driver was amazing. He stayed for a moment and had some good conversation with us and the food was great although I would not recommend their cinnamon twist things. I had a Philly Steak pizza it was pretty good next time I will double up on the ingredients tho.“
