“Reading some of the negative reviews. I have to admit. I do not understand them because knowing how this particulurb. Chain or brand prepares their pizzas. I don't even understand how old these complaints could be real and yet. I will still only speak for myself. And I can say that ever since this location opened in Ellisville, Mississippi, I've been a regular and that's been through 3 sets of owners. If I'm counting right? And I can appreciate the current owners because they placed a personal phone call to me to explain to me why I may have seen a little bit of a difference in the new puffs from order to order. And it actually made me more confident in ordering them because the differences in consistency weren't bad to begin with. I just asked why you may see that and to find out that they make everything including their dough, fresh daily. So there might be realistic human inconsistency from one preparer to the next. I know that that is found in some of your finest restaurants across the country. So I can't possibly complain about that knowledge. I felt bad about complaining, and it was my only real complaint. Other than receiving the wrong order on accident. One time and I couldn't be more pleased. Because if you go to any restaurant, I don't care whether it's fast food. I don't care whether it's fine dining. And you expect perfection or even every time you go for it to meet your high expectations based on past meals or past experiences? Then you are not being realistic and I admit when I'm wrong and today was a bit of a wake up call. And a phone call from the owner pretty much educated me on. Why? I was seeing what I was seeing in the puffs and I will take them either of the 2 ways I've received them. I don't care they're delicious. All the people in the store are friendly and the owner took the time to spend practically a 1/2 hour on the phone with me today to make sure I understood everything and she didn't have to do that so if I could give. So many stars.Out of five today I would deliver ten.“

“8-19-26, walked in for lunch. I was the only customer inside, greeted by Chris (name on the receipt) right away. Ordered a 3 piece, with fries and corn. They were out of mac and cheese unfortunately. When the food was ready, she called out a 4 piece. I asked did she mean 3 piece. She grabbed the tray and took a piece off. I sat down with my 3 piece. It was good and great flavor on the chicken. They could do a little better at cleaning. The glass around the bar looked like it was wiped down with a greasy rag and make a swipe around the lobby, push in chairs, wipe down the drink area, etc. Also, the employees must of been excited, cause they were loud talking amongst themselves being the counter. Other than that, pretty good chicken.“

“We had diner there last evening, the staff and the food were great. It popped up on google as a buffet, in the end we were glad it wasn't, the food was excellent and were checked on often during our meal.“

“I get lunch at Zaxby’s in Laurel all the time. They are always quick and make my order correctly every time! They have such a great staff, and the boss man is always there when I go being hands on and helping serve. Bri always greets me with the prettiest smile, and the food is always hot! Go check them out. They are located between KFC and Harris Dental Clinic in Laurel!“
