Rude employees, gave me the wrong food. When I asked for my money back they gave me the menu price and tried to not give me the tax back. I will not eat at ellisville KFC again.

I have not been to the KFC in Ellisville MS for a while due to having to pull into a parking lot EVERY time and wait for your food while going thru the fast food drive thru. They never have anything ready and it doesn’t matter what time you go. I thought I’d give it another try today since it has been a while and I’m still gonna say, you can’t do the same thing and expect different results. I knew better!!! The food is decent but the service is terrible.

I walked in wasn’t it greeted or anything. waited at the counter for about 5 to 7 minutes before I was even seen the young girl wrote my order on a sheet of paper and gave it to another drive-through lady.who I think forgot about my order bec I haven’t even paid so I patiently waited to pay so at least it would be on there screen that another good minute then I waited another 30 plus minutes for the Tuesday eight piece special I asked for a complementary drink, the young lady just looked at me and went on. As I continued to wait another lady said she been there for over an hour and she did Mobile order. I wonted to go back there and help them or something but they look like they was lost and another World.But I finally got my food after about 45 or more and I was fresh but didn’t get my complementary drink for waiting oh well do better KFC u inspire greatness.

6/4/24 721pm I ordered on the mobile app. My fiance got off work to pick up by 615 he sat for an hour waiting. I called to find out what I'm the world was going on. The young lady in drive thru who was working harder than anyone in the building answered said she wants a manager for the woman in the background to say the don't have time for that and lay the phone down. So you can't call back because it's only busy sign so I drove up there and when I got there I asked why is my fiance who has been at work since 5am still waiting on a order placed at 6pm?? A manager NEVER came to confront the situation! I argued with a regular employee who told me maybe I should've called my order in or came into the store. She was yelling this from the line, never came to the front or tried to make the situation better. Again a manager was never seen or spoken to. I believe the man who was cooking might have been in charge but he never tried to fix the issue or even speak to me. He continued doing what ever he was doing in the back.. at least the last time.my order was overlooked they apologized for it!!! Where is the owners? There's no complaint line but I will contact West Quality foods tomorrow to get more information as to why they are allowing this store to be ran like this. Unprofessional at its finest.

Store was very clean, looked like a new KFC, but counter cashier was patient but dry. Food prep and service (if i didn't think they were new) was probably equivalent to a first couple days of employment.We tried the mac and cheese wraps, i wasn't sold on them. They tasted fine, but the shell's in my opinion didn't work with ingredients. Would be better in a bowl. We waited about 20 min. for food and when we took the food back to table one wrap wasnt right, we ordered the meal and didn't get any fries, when we did get the fries, we recieved one of the fries and not the second.There was 5 vehicles waiting for their food and the girl taking the food out didn't have a clue where the food belonged.I apologize _IF this was thier first week open.But it wasn't a good night for KFC.
I am sorry to complain. Because they have new employees. Food was cold. Food was made wrong. Did not get all our food. 1 manager can not do all the work. We ordered the wraps.

May 28,2023 7:00pm First off the employees were having a dance party and could care less there were customers. Second, the chicken nuggets we ordered were raw on the inside. Husband ordered a pot pie and the chicken was also uncooked. The mashed potatoes were watery but the gavery was ok since it can out of a can. They just need to close down so something good could rent that space.

Most poorly run store I have ever been in. Tonight was the worst. Waited to come in when the order was ready and was told they just got it. However, 30 minutes later when they finally got the chicken ready ALL of our sides and sandwiches were taken out of the microwave. Told by the mgr that the sides come ready made, even after I watched them dip them up for a lrg order in the drive thru. They also missed some of the order. Food was barely edible. Chicken may have just come out of the fryer but all of the "extra crispy" had fallen off.
