Ordered two sandwiches, foot longs, in the app. They cheated me on the meat and meatballs. . . Did not provide the amount stated on the receipt. Older white lady on January 10, 2026, appx. 2:30 PM. . . Sheesh.

Placed an order on the drive thru screen i wanted a wrap the line worker tells me they are out of wraps that they can do it on a flat bread . I said ok . This is not the same flat bread I ve ordered before the bread taste like yeast my sandwich wasnt toasted and i did not get grilled chicken on my sandwich i got roasted shredded chicken that taste awful . I had only 1 half strip of bacon on my sandwich Not only that I m charged for a 12 in but I get a 6in . The screen says they have coke products but they have changed to Pepsi do better subway ! My husband orders an all American with no condiments and of course it has mayo caked all over it this are simple task that cant be performed but yet you ask for a tip ???

That was the worst subway I've ever had. I ordered online. The sandwich was very soggy and fell apart. I'm not sure how it became soggy so fast because I ordered in the parking lot and drove to the pickup window 10-15 minutes later because it never said the order was ready on the app. I had to wait at the window for approximately 5 minutes. Watching an individual walk past before they stopped and asked if I had an online order. Maybe the individual was inside alone since there were 2 people out back on a smoke break. The churro tasted like old funky dough. It was a hard, chewy consistency. It was worse than the sandwiches. I should've ordered chips. Then, I would've had something edible in my order.

I live nearby and come here all of the time. The workers are always nice and will take any request that they are allowed to. I get some weird sandwiches sometimes. The drive thru machine doesn't work very well but if you tell them it's not working for you they take the order, either at the window or through the screen.Of course there are bad apples everywhere but they don't stay longer than a few weeks. The night shift people especially make me laugh and I always feel welcome. The lobby and bathrooms stay constantly clean. I have never seen them dirty.Overall a wonderful place to eat.EDIT: They have started accepting coupons again!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food/sandwich shop - and trust me there have been plenty of ghetto and crazy methhead operated restaurants in that span. I assume the lobby is closed at 9, the girl looked at me when I signed if it was closed, but blatantly ignored me and looked away. So I attempted drive thru. The menu touch screen didn't work through many attempts. I pushed the help button and was received by "what?". Had to argue the girl over the speaker that I didn't want a meatball sandwich if there's no mozzarella because "she already made it". Mind you she was cutting off every time without finishing the full order. I didn't get to tell them the toppings until I got to the window and proceeded to tell the guy in the window as he shouted them individually to the stranger in the back making sandwiches. He literally started scratching at his scalp in plain view of the window. My years of restaurant experience made me cringe through this entire situation. I am absolutely terrified to unravel these sandwiches. The restaurant is great looking - but good lord the service is atrocious.
