Ham and cheese sandwich good. Tomato gravy is daBomb 💣. Only place that you can get lunch for breakfast.

We were on vacation from Florida and had heard of Wards from social media. The social media reviews talked up this restaurant. OMG, we wasted $15 on 3 chilli dogs with onions and mustard as the toppings. The bread had too much flour on the bottom of the hotdog bun. The hot dog was disgusting. The hotdogs tasted like the were sitting in water. The chilli tasted cheap and was barely on the hotdogs with a sprinkler of white onions, and the mustard.... you would have thought we asked for a pinch of mustard. It was gross!

Order was wrong first thing went in to get it right they wanted me to pay again the manger was rude as all get out needs new manger or shut down all together this is ridiculous I. Left with no food and she would not fix food or give me my money back

I ordered a little one combo, add pickles and a chili cheese fry. Tell me why the cook literally put a hand full and I mean a hand full of pickles on my little one! I asked to add pickles not extra pickles! My chili cheese fry it’s mainly fry’s and like a spoon full of meat and cheese. I’m not sure if you have a new cook but I’ve never had an issue with wards until now!

We normally enjoy Wards dogs 🌭 but this location has a really bad ones. Bread is dry, and sausages are poor in flavor, also the chili was kind of mushy, old, and not warm enough.
We came around 7pm, order 4 hotdogs, all the same taste. The people at the cashier were super dry I their responses, I would say almost rude.
Drinks were the only right thing. We had 2 root beers and diet sodas. In addition, inside the place was freezing! Jezz! Please consider not every one likes to get into super cold places with AC running at lowest temps! We had to eat outside with was warmer even with the cold that day.

Last night between 9 and 9:30 PM. My family and I ordered 2 big ones and a little one combo in the drive thru.. It was terrible. The chilli on the burgers was very distasteful, buns were cold/ hard and the fries weren't fresh. This was our last experience!! I called the manager this morning to inform him about our order. He kept saying he needed the receipt or the food. I didn't want anymore food sir!! I just wanted you to know wards has really went down. Will not be back...

The fried food I bought today had a bad after taste. Usually associated with food that has been fried in oil that needs changing out.

Ridiculous! Don't waste your time or money, iv given them to many chances , this is a $12 taco salad, (dressing cost extra) chips were stale and the only salad to it was lettuce, plus they didn't give me a straw

Food was great, nice and clean, but the manager was just rude to everyone with customers hearing. Rushing customers to order, so she could finish her Inventory account. I will never eat there again if she’s working shift. 5 stars overall, the manager is a — -2
