I have lunch here almost every day and the young guy that works the front window is always so kind and cheery. It’s hard to find and have that kind of positive attitude nowadays, especially in a service/fast food setting. He is doing an awesome job.
When I was 5-9 years old this was the only "fast food" in my little town. 30+ years later and I always stop by Wards when I see one and am never, ever, not once disappointed. I get a big one combo; the burger is one of a kind, the fries are superb, and the root beer is iconic and their own recipe. Do yourself a favor and try this place if you haven't had the pleasure!
I have eaten at this location for 13 years, Wards longer. The management here is very cold and disrespectful to people they don't care for locally. Today we were laughing, and asked to quiet down. I told them as a paying customer, there is no crime in laughter. Watching the prejudice of person makes the food less tasty. They are also not service dog friendly.
