Im updating my review because it seems like they've definitely gotten the kinks worked out. Our steak was cooked to the doneness that we ordered which was something I had previously complained about. The veggies are still great. Our rice wasn't clumpy these last few times, which had been an issue before. The gyoza is still great and the customer service has remained high quality. Fire & Rice, LLC is a Japanese restaurant in town that has quickly become a family favorite. The food is amazing and the people are super nice, with great prices for what you get. The customer service has remained high quality, and the staff are super polite and kind. The atmosphere is great, with amazing music, and the restaurant is very clean.
The steak was cooked to the doneness ordered, the veggies are still great, and the rice wasn't clumpy. The gyoza is still great. The lunch special was chicken and shrimp hibachi with rice, noodles and vegetables, and it was better than any other hibachi restaurant in bigger cities. The food had a very good taste, and the sauce given put the cherry on top. The Fire & Rice roll is highly recommended. The sushi is worth a try next time. Some feel the portion sizes of meat and rice could be better, and specific vegetable options and eggs in the hibachi fried rice would be nice. Overall, the food was excellent and top notch, with compliments to the chefs in the back.
