My wife and I love it here! We just discovered it a few days ago and have already been a couple times. The food is delicious and the service is great. Also really enjoy the atmosphere! It has definitely become our new favorite place for date night.

We've heard rumors of a Fernando's in a Florence with some of the best Mexican food but never knew where it was. Finally, we got the chance to try it and were not disappointed! We absolutely loved the former gas station appearance and the food was incredible as was the service! Even the sweet tea and chips were delicious (chips were pre-seasoned!) We highly recommend and will definitely be back SOON! Side note: we loved that they use little pitchers as glasses! Not only is it unique but it holds more beverage so you don't need a refill as frequently!

Honestly I was a little fearful when I pulled up & realized the restaurant was in an old gas station. But since the reviews were so I was willing to give it a try. It definitely did not disappoint. This is probably the best mexican food I've ever had & I've eaten quite a bit of mexican food. I got the burritos a la parilla - it was very flavorful. It came out on a hot skillet, unexpectedly, like fajitas. It was a very hot meal but I enjoyed it. If your in the Jackson area it's worth the trip over - it's about a 30 minute drive east, in Brandon. I highly recommend this place.

This Fernando's food and service 10 times better than the Fernando's in Pearl, MS. The salsa is chunky and consistently good. I know people that live closer to other Fernando's and drive out of their way to come to the Star & Thomasville location.
